That probably means that either you just started keto e few weeks ago and your body just needss more time to adjust or you have a potassium deficiency. Eat more veggies or take potassium supplements. Remember your body needs about 4000mg of potassium a day. I recommend doing both. Eat more veggies and add a supplement, about 1500mg per dosse. You sweet cravings will go away. Other than that check you magnesium and sodium intake aswell! DYOR and good luck!😉

Bulgarian yogurt yes! Finally someone recommending our one, so actually in our language we call it sour milk, I found if you mix it with skyr and chia some sweetener and strawberries is the best!

Melt the butter, mix all ingredients, pour in a btp-free icetray, stick it in the fridge... thank me later. Buon appetito!

Almond flour shortbread style cookies are super yummy and totally easy. I saw Katherine Michelle's video and tweaked it a bit.... 2 cups almond flour Half cup butter Pinch of salt 1/4 tsp. monkfruit 1-2 tbsp. almond extract 1 egg Combine all dry ingredients Mix in butter and extract Add egg and mix Coconut oil on the cookie sheet or pan Oven 300 for 25-30 minutes ENJOY! Tweak as you feel fit
About the chocolate Moo moos I used to do cocoa, water and heavy cream until I tried it with coconut cream and it tastes even better!. So definitely recommended, haven't seen the need to add almond milk but I will give it a try some time.

Another good pudding base is 1 slightly over-ripe avocado. Add some almond/coconut milk, heavy whipping cream, 2 tbsp of 100% cocao and some monk fruit in a nutra-bullet blender and you have an excellent chocolate pudding.
I make some bone broth, I don't add anything, just bones and water in the pressure cooker for some hours, then I take the naked bones away and put the water with the remains on a blender with raw cacao powder and then put on my fridge and let it cool down, then I just take some pieces, heat them up in seconds and add brown sugar (most sweeteners hurt my belly and throat). You can also put the sugar at the same time you put the cacao for some chocolate bone broth gelatin.
Great channel! Paul Chek is also very critical about sugar, In his book how to eat, move, and be healthy. Thanks to you a new possibility has emerged. Bridging the gap and bringing people together! I will definitely incorporate these ideas, I would never feed anyone especially a child or youth without offering a very healthy I might add tasty dessert idea. For example, erythritol, I RUclips erythritol, with your name and I watch every video you have about it. There are so many choices right now in products and like you say the good keto ingredients sometimes adapted to keto when everybody on the market is trying to offer products for Keto. I appreciate all of your videos and knowledge and research on products. I like the science so I know what is going on in my body and how it is reacting to what I put into it. And I’m not a geek I’m just a health-conscious person trying to take care of my family. I am still investigating thrive market but will most likely join based on the information you share.
Nice, have to add some things to my shopping list. I've be craving desserts lately. We grew up as not "Whats for dinner?", but as "Whats for dessert?" and save room for dessert. After 5 months, it will be nice to have something that seems a little decadent once in a while.
Idea for coconut-chocolate-thingies that I spontaneously came up with during a craving: 30g room-temperatured coconut oil, 7g unsweetened cacao powder, artificial sweetener to taste, desiccated coconut (optional). Mix together with a fork, form tiny balls, roll them in the desiccated coconut and put in the fridge for 15 minutes. They'll deliciously melt in your mouth :-)

I never gave a sh*t about sweet foods till I started Keto, now I'm craving them after EVERY MEAL

Greek yogurt and chocolate nibs and a dash of vanilla or even add an avocado makes it creammy and tasty 😀🇺🇸
