Have been playing drums for almost ten years and fell in love with boxing 2 years ago. I'm 54 years old and never felt so good before in my life. Any tips on preventing injury from training ar very welcome. thanks for your video's.
@@cjklz that’s awesome! There are a lot of similarities between drumming and boxing. Warming up before and stretching after a workout helps. Also, I like to separate my training so my boxing is not always very intense. I use cardio days for my intense workout. Most of my boxing training is pretty relaxed in comparison. That’s how most pro’s train. They have specific days or drills for intensity ✌️
