Welcome to the channel!

My name is Jim and I started boxing around 2006. I was fortunate enough to end up training in a pro boxing gym and most of my sparring experience was against professional fighters. This allowed me to gain knowledge and skills that may not have been available if I was just sparring and training with people my level.

I have almost 2 decades of experience in education. While working for an educational psychologist, I worked with students with learning disabilities and studied HOW the brain learns.

I do NOT consider myself a coach. I am a TEACHER! I am here to teach the "HOW's" and "WHY's" of boxing based off my life long experience as a martial artist.

My philosophy on boxing is to focus on BODY MECHANICS to achieve mastery of BALANCE, RHYTHM, and COORDINATION.

What my videos may lack in presentation, I am confident they make up for in knowledge. This channel is intended to help you become a better person through the art of boxing.
