Bivol is like the only pro boxer (10+ rounds of 3minutes) using it most often.....probably because he used it for 20+ years in the ammy's. However since most of us here watching are most likely ammy fighterss going for 3 2-minute rounds the pendulum should still be used, right? Ammy fighting is more for points and speed but Pro fighting is more feet-planted boxing for power. I like what you said.....GROUNED PENDULUM
Yeah, it is used more in the amateurs. Try the grounded version though, it uses way less energy and you can still be light on your feet and move quickly when you want. You can even blend the two together ✌️
