Whenever I buy a car I visualize the mods and look past the factory setup. Due to the wide hips and aggressive outcroppings of both front/rear bumpers, the key for visual cohesiveness has to be the suspension height and wheel offset. You nailed this project thus far!! BSM on order. Thank you for taking the time to do these videos.
Thanks for making this video. I really appreciate the way you showed the effect of spacers only, then added height adjustability to stock struts, still with the stock wheels before taking the final step of changing wheels. 👍
Thanks for the clear explanations of different combos. It looks way better than stock. I might then prefer 12 to 15mm spacers, keep the 19 and 20 inch wheels with just a moderate drop say half the gap in the fenders for low driveways and bumps.
I sold my F87 M2 Competition two years ago and I was going for the new one but regret it when I saw the design and bought a Porsche 991, but now after I've seen all mods I really want this car so bad!!
Great video! Do both the 12mm and 15mm front spacers not run on the inner fender liner on full lock at factory ride height? Or is it just the 12mm ones that don’t rub? I have a white g87m2 and may want to do this mod with maintain factory ride height to start with.
It really depends on the tire and final ride height. It only runs on the fins of the cooler in the wheel well. You can heat that up and move it slightly out of the way.
@@PrecisionSportIndustries Thank you for responding. According to the video, at factory ride height with stock wheels and tires there is no rubbing on full lock. I just want to confirm if that is the case with the 12 and/or 15 mm spacers up front.
i really disliked the M2's rear end, but after seeing it lowered on aggressive wheels/offset, the rear end looks AMAZING. very wide, very angry, very muscular, and fits the rest of the styling/lines. my only complaint here is $300 for spacers 0.0
@@NaturalKratom because you can get equally well made spacers for $100 and put that $200 saved towards something else; tires, fuel, QOL mods, eye candy mods, etc. i've dabbled with spacers since 2005, back when $60 for a full set was "OMG YOU SPENT HOW MUCH?!", and now they're averaging $200-$300.
@@that_ninja_jun then sell that to people? 300$ is not alot of money. Its the same with t shirts, u can buy them for 1$ and u can also buy the same one for 50$. Its business, money is a never ending number.
@@NaturalKratom Renn motorsports. IDK if they make spacers for the G-chassis yet, but they were $110 shipped to my door for my F36. Have ran them for 1500 miles so far and no problems.
@@postalpancho yeah, i dont know why they say that. If you want to lower the car and track it, you better use coilovers and camber plates. Springs with stock shocks is dangerous.
IMHO, I would just leave it alone and not lower it or add spacers. I lowered most of the cars I owned and didn't really notice the difference in handling, except for Bilstein shocks. Take into consideration also that you will encounter more paint chipping on the side of your car with wheel spacers.
You cant even see the damn wheel when going out the garage because it is all black, makes no sense installing spacers on stock black wheels, not gonna notice it, needs to be silver. Other than that, great video
Wheels can make any car look better. However, I would choose Cosmis Racing XT-005r or XT-006r wheels for my car. The best wheels after that are the Welds Racing Ventura s104. I think these three are the best wheels on the planet. The video also proves that entirely all black wheels are hideous, and people really need to stop doing the "murdered out" look. Kids think it looks cool. It looks very bad.
Yea the wheels and fitment does help it to go from a 2 to maybe a 5/10. But the design is still a eye sore, hoped that it'll grow on me since seeing it last year but it aint growing.
Wow why they put the same old wheels everyone use for bmw's looks better with the original wheels mi opinion if they had put black ones maybe I'll like that not the silver one just saying 😂
Reading coments, understand it''s just probably for me this car is so ugly and if not badge I could'n tell that this is BMW. I think Peugeot looks better.
Usually a set of aftermarket wheels makes a car look 100x better. That is not the case with this new M2. It almost looks worse. Horribly bad design on this car.
i'm confused. are you saying the M2 looks better with stock wheels, and because of that, it's a bad design? hard to understand if you're complimenting or insulting the design lol
The BMW effect. Always making me change my mind on the design. Looks great
No one can tell me that this thing doesn’t look freaking amazing! You nailed it! OEM+++
It looks so much better now, I actually think the M2 looks really great now! Looking forward what your end product will look like!🔥

The new M2 all of a sudden doesn't look so bad 😮
The new m2 is PERFECTLY designed 👌🏼
Thanks for making this all into one video. It really changed the whole car
Glad to do it, more to come so stay tuned.
Yup, knew it was a matter of time before more people started coming around. Looks very, very good so far.
Starting to love the new M2, really cool video - Greetings from Austria
Can't even hate those changes help the overall look so much
Your building it the way it should’ve been done from the factory. I love it.
Totally transformed. You guys knocked it out of the park!
Seeing this now I'm interested in ordering one to go with my e90m3. Perfect setup.
Yup, looks as good as I thought 🤤. Well done guys!
This car comes alive after the conventional color rims, i said it a ling time ago, live the black rims for quad bikes!

Damn that look amazing! Just as I thought with the original leaked photos. A drop, wheels and a lip will transform this car dramatically.
Just pure magic...
The G87 is gonna be a popular car
Looks amazing. Nice work
Spacers just arrived! Will install tomorrow! Please note that the install sheet does not cover the year model for torque specs.
101 ft lb, 140 NM, per wheel
Bolt, it uses BMW specs.
wow night and day difference. looks amazing now
very informative video, please do more of these!
The last mod looks sick
Very cool looks so much better with suspension and wheels put on
You guys rock! That car is so sick

Great job!! 😎💪🏻 Now it looks right 👍🏻
it's growing on me. Especially after seeing this.
Great video! What are the offsets of the aftermarket wheels?? Thanks in advance!
Fantastic video. Very informative.
I really dig the stock wheels
This video has saved the M2 imo and I’m sure it has for many others too
Looks so good 🔥🔥🔥
What a difference 👏
Man that looks great.
Awesome video!!
GREAT VIDEO!!
Ok that makes a difference
Install a rally high wing on the G87 please 🙏
Phenomenal video! Are you guys running any spacers on the titan wheels? Thanks!
It would be dumb if they do.
Looks amazing! Question, how do the mods affect warranty?
Rear looks a little too low for my taste, but the front is very good!
They do rub on the reverse mode in full lock!
wonder how this setup with spacers and AST will work if you're looking to do 295s or 305s in the back?

Amazing job bois, stock fitment on that M2 was questionable
the M Engineers: Scheisse, das wheels and fitment was für die Nürburgring time
Whats the wheels fitments and tyre sizes
do you know what the offsets of the wheels are ?
hows the ride quality with the AST compared to stocks?
Rides very close to stock, some people say better.
That looks so good. I have came around to the new m2. But my original gripe of the taillights still remains. I feel they are too small and far apart.
Not to mention all the square pieces on the front end.
Should faster wear be expected with spacers?
No, never.
oh yeahhhh baby. Now time to get rid of that CHUNKY exhaust
Wheels and lowered
Should of been my first mods 😢
how about fitment for m240i
Needs a tad better looking rear spoiler and boom.
@psi how much do your wheels weigh??
Does that effect your warranty?
What about Front 15 and Rear 20 with lower suspensions?
20mm is really aggressive. Too much in our opinion.
@@PrecisionSportIndustries ok thanks. ☝🏾
What % tint are on the windows?
When is BMW going to take the prototype camo bits off this car?
aftermarket front lip will fix front look and car will be dope.
It needs more than just a lip. BMW have lost the plot with design lately.

Hey will this void my warranty?
No it will not.
To me personally, the end result is too low and the wheels need a little more spacing. But it's already quite an improvement.
There is no guarantee this won't rub on the track, right? This is for street stance purposes only?
prob you are gonna need stiffer coilovers so you have less travel.
Zero rub there is miles of room in that fender.
@@PrecisionSportIndustries good to know. Thank you.
Do you want to track your M2 or do you care more about stance….. because this will likely negatively effect track performance.
