The Dark Knight Rises is definitely engaging for the most part, the 2nd half definitely takes shortcut to reach its destination which kinda undermines the overall RISES name, but the movie definitely worth watching & is definitely memorable to me for it's scale, cinematography & score! It surpasses that better than it's prequels.

The ending of Inception isn't really about whether he's still in a dream or not, but more so about the fact that Cobb chose to accept his reality.
But if you really pay attention to the movie, you'll see that Cobb's wedding ring is his totem, cause the spinning top was his wife's, his totem is his wedding ring, he only has it in the dream sequences inside the film, and he doesn't have it in the end sequence, hence he's not in a dream

Haven’t really seen too many Nolan movies but if I had to give my ranking of the ones I’ve seen I’d probably say
    1. The Dark Knight
    2. Inception
    3. Interstellar
    4. Batman Begins
    5. Oppenheimer
    6. The Dark Knight Rises
    7. Tenet
Only one that I really didn’t like was Tenet and despite its lower ranking I still thought Oppenheimer was pretty cool

If this is just a personal ranking I wouldn’t criticize it, but I really can’t agree with Interstellar being in the top tier and especially not the top film. The third act is basically a failure after the huge buildup and the score relies too heavily on Cornfield Chase. The first two hours are some of the best film ever released but overall the movie is worse than all the others you have in “Amazing” tier. Structurally, Inception, Dark Knight, The Prestige, and Memento are basically perfect films (possibly Dunkirk too).
