MAAYBE try putting those seasonings IN the bread FIRST. Like a little sweetener... a little vanilla and cinnamon? Blend that into the cottage cheese. And fold THAT into the egg whites

Have you tried the keto bread from Costco? 11 grams of carbs…but it has 10 grams of fiber. So you only have to count one carb. All my grandkids even prefer it.

OK here is a 2 ingrediant recipe....slices of mozzeralla cheese, cut in 1/2 and baked in the oven just til it gets a little bubbly. I usually do 10 min. Then take the warmed up piece of cheese and put a heaping TBS of cooked italian sausage on the bottom 1/2 and then fold the top 1/2 over it and press edges with a fork to seal. Raviolis that can be dipped in a little Rao sauce or eaten plain. You can also be bougie and make a easy filling with ricotta cheese, egg and italian reasoning. They are pretty yummy. The guy who I saw his "shorts" video is IRick Wiggins and it's called "2 ingrediant ravioli bites".

@@carolina._.00 The one I use is 1C almond flour, 1 tsp salt 2 eggs and 1 tbs keto maple syrup that gets mixed in and 1/4 C water and cooked in a frying pan like regular pancakes. It's 3 net carbs and they keep in frig for 1 week. The Recipe is from Big Man's World.

It's like with keto pancakes! I've never been able to find a good recipe! Let me know if you guys know of a good one! I know on keto we could never get as close to a Denny's type of pancake, but I have yet to find a recipe that doesn't taste gritty.

I enjoy your videos (have for a LONG time), Thank You 💐, this 71yr old has learned a lot from y'all. Cottage cheese is everywhere, for sure! I think pork rinds (made into flour: grind in a blender, then sift for extra fine) is the new "IT" ingredient. I hate to just eat them (😁 or smell them👃🦨), but in cooking & especially baking, they make everything really "rise."🤗 It's amazing. Here's a new example, you two may want to try: Soft, Fluffy Keto Bread with Vital Wheat Gluten (& pork rinds) cook with mel makes a whole about 7x4 loaf. It looks like actual wheat bread when sliced & it toasts a beautiful even golden brown🤗 (lol this dough can even make boiled 🥯 bagels). She even has an ooey gooey chewy (pork rind) Brownies. You should flavor the cottage cheese beforehand. Add OOO French toast flavor and the butter flavor and add a little nutmeg and or cinnamon. Then it tastes more French toasty.
French Toast is best made with leftover bread that is drier/stale. It makes all the difference in the absorption of the liquid.
I would have left it to soak overnight, maybe.
Hi Ladies! Hero bread white bread makes excellent french toast! It makes excellent croutons for salads, bread cubes for stuffing, and just great bread for sandwiches and toast! No need to go without on keto anymore! The quality is unmatched! Their seeded bread is great! They have hot dog buns, hamburger buns,and the croissants and brioche rolls are total game changers! I make keto almond croissants on the weekends, my grandson's favorite. I keep their products in my freezer and just take out what i need. They are wonderful!

Just mix/fold in the vanilla and cinnamon and sweetener IN the raw egg whites & cheese fluff dough ... Then the whole loaf will be french toast. Then after baking it, Slicing it, and frying it, just drizzle with melted butter and syrup.
An immersion blender works great and the loss is extremely minimal. Many creators will blend the entire container when they bring it home.
so my take away from this recipe is that syrup is delicious.
bread is a transporter for syrup, like pasta is a transporter for sauce.

I make "maple topping" which is zero carb by melting butter, adding maple extract and sweetener (allulose). No spacific measturements, I play it by ear. That choczero seems to have too many carbs for me. Thank you for this recipe!

Maple extract is 100% carbs, at least a gram per teaspoon.

I add cottage cheese to many things. This bread, I don't know. My favorite is to add it (blended) to eggs and a little liquid of choice to make super fluffy omelets! I love your videos & the facial expressions 😂
I don't even blend it, I just whisk it into the eggs, you get tiny flecks of cheese in the omelet.

Only one set was identical, which was my grandmother and her sister. My niece has year old fraternal, twins, and my cousin has identical.

Have you tried the flat bread? OMG I use that recipe for bread for sandwiches, pizza, taco shells, and have tried the lasagna that Emily and Sarah made. D'lish. You can even cut it in strips and make a cream cheese, vanilla, cinnamon and monk fruit mix and spread it on the strips and roll them and air fry. They are yummy little cinnabon treats.

I found this channel "Cooking with Dave". It's not total Keto but, it's hilarious, but he has been making some Keto recipes using AI Intelligence. He did a Keto Sausage Gravy and Biscuits that looked pretty good. Bonus, if you think you two mess up recipes, you will love him totally down to earth. He is so funny but has some interesting Keto recipes.
Thank you for trying this, I make my egg white bread with 1-2 tbsp lupin flour (I don't have a problem with peanuts so it'a ok for me) or 1-2 tbsp vital wheat gluren (no problem with that either), 1 tsp of nutritional yeast and an egg yolk added into the whipped egg white, maybe I'll try it with the cottage cheese instead of the egg yolk. Not too many carbs from these ingredients per loaf, helps stop it being like memory foam. Haven't tried making french toast with it though.
I added a squirt of stevia liquid and a squirt of sugar free maple syrup to the cottage cheese to make it a bit sweet and made 'rounds' in a burger bun silicone pan. We're thinking this will make a good topping for a chicken pot pie. I've never make the kind with the biscuit topping but seems to me this would work great - as long as everything in the casserole was already cooked through and basically you're just adding the topping. Toasting crisped up the outside and edges while the inside stayed soft. Fantastic with cinnamon 'sugar', but also great with a little sugar free honey or syrup. Now I'm wondering if I can make hot dog bites using the egg bite silicone molds! Thanks for the video!

I make these all the time and put the dough into a mesh muffin pan, and also use 1 Tblsp. of allulose in the creamed cottage cheese it toasts nice because the allulose helps the browning
That looks delish! Hint…slice bread a tad thinner…and use a pinch of nutmeg in the dip mixture..
I commented before; now I tried this again - blended garlic powder and cheese powder into the cottage cheese before folding into the egg whites. I dropped spoonfuls into an egg bite silicone mold, then a section of hotdog, then another spoonful of batter. Air fried them and they're pretty good! You can customize the dewdinks out of this recipe!

Thanks for a great recipe. The Daisy cottage cheese has 5 grams carbs per 1/2 cup. 10 grams per loaf. Looking forward to trying the colostrum. Gave some to my dog one time and he reversed his liver asities. Got better.
Ideas: How about a 1/2 slice of cabbage, a little butter and garlic roasted in the oven on a cookie sheet for 10 min -? Avocado recipes in baking
Indigo Nili and Keto Upgrade make a good bread
Indigo Nilli added frozen grated butter at the end and bread is not as memory foam. It toasts well. I do it in airfrier for 3 min at 360 :)

This is a great base recipe for both sweet and savory breads. Cut into thinner portions it may even make a good sandwich bread. Yum.
I’ve seen a similar recipe except they didn’t use cottage cheese. Instead, they used 1cup of thick, Greek yogurt. I’ll have to try it one day.

I have given up on keto bread recipes....don't like the ones with almond flour, egg whites (cloud) or cottage cheese. I buy low carb bread, buns and tortillas at the grocery store with low net carbs and am still losing weight successfully....these products taste much more like the regular bread products and with no work in the kitchen...just a little pricier.
I saw that Chris of Nashville dried out his bread slices in the oven first…maybe that would help to absorb?
I bought cottage cheese in order to make the new cottage cheese bread and noticed on the ingredients that it had cornstarch which really freaked me out cuz I try to eat as clean as possible. I think I'll stick with cream cheese instead. I make a hamburger bun or flat top from cream cheese and pork Panko and eggs the recipe comes from Bella from the steak and butter gal and it's part of her ground beef compilation video. I've been making it that way for a couple of months now and I really enjoy it

The trick to egg white bread is put it in the fridge over night. I just put the loaf in a ziplock bag. The outside will not be crunchy the next day, it will be softer like store bought bread. Atrisan bread is crunchy.

So even w/the cottage cheese, it was still pretty much like any other egg white bread? That's what I think I'm hearing. I know some really like the cottage cheese bread w/out any eggwhite, but it's not going to give us a fluffy, french toast type bread. I wonder if I tried a modified version of the cc bread, & just added maybe 1/4 of the egg whites...hmmm. I think I'm going to mess w/it some, see what I can come up with. Not often, but sometimes we really want some bread. Love the idea of knowing I can whip it up at home, w/out all the added stuff in store bought. For a variation of this - steakandbuttergal has a YT page with a cottage cheese and whole egg recipe that makes carnivore flatbread. I will tell you, you HAVE to use a cottage cheese that has fat! I picked up no fat cottage cheese and it didn't do as well as hers. She shows sandwiches that she made for herself and husband and her flatbread was amazing.
What happens when using non fat cottage cheese?
@@summersalix The texture was not like a flatbread, mushy and fell apart, even after I pan-fried it, as she does after removing it from the oven, which gives it that flatbread look. If you look for steakandbuttergal and find her carnivore flatbread video, you will see how hers turned out. She recommended using cottage cheese that contains fat.

Some people add yeast just for the taste to keto breads, we did a recipe like that I think a month ago :)
I add a tsp of nutritional yeast to mine.
Instead of egg white powder and water, can you use egg whites out of eggs (and use the yolks in the egg part of the French toast)? How many would that take?
can you do two experiments with that kind of bread 1. Can you make a pizza? 2. Can you add vegetables or pepperoni or some kind of meat to mix it in and then bake it in the oven and make a pizza loaf, olive loaf, vegetable loaf, etc. etc. thank you😊

I wonder if we could use something like ricotta instead of cottage cheese... saves me the step of having to blend it. I put ricotta in my oatmeal instead of yoghurt (cause I hates yoghurt) and it works out fine.
