After seeing this on your channel I’m obsessed with this combo! I gently microwave my frozen blueberries with chia seeds, stevia drops, cinnamon, sweet cinnamon, vanilla extract and nutmeg, anything not nailed to the floor 😂- basically make a big jar of jam and have it ready. It’s AMAZING. (Also: guys, you can add closed captions and change the playback speed in Settings ⚙️)
I'm a nurse. I have cottage cheese,PB, greek yogurt and a diced apple every day for lunch. I don't get breaks so this is something I can eat at the nurses station. I just have to make sure I don't have a curd stuck between my teeth when I go into a room. 😂
How do you not get breaks? We always get breaks even if we're short staffed. If you continue to do so you're burning out while the employers get away with denying your break.
My husband loves cottage cheese I was ok with it but haven’t eaten it in years. I bought your brand and made this recipe. It was delicious and soooooo filling. I have lost 80 pounds by intermittent fasting over the past 18 months. Thank you…I am also a New Yorker and love that you speak quickly.
i've started intermittent fasting... have you any tips? food you eat between days? Your weight drop is impressive. i don't want to exercise? as i've done too much of that in the past. I need to get a grip on my appetite.
80 pounds...GOOD FOR YOU! 😊 And not only because you look better, but because I'm sure your body is much healthier! As Dr Alan Mandell always says about taking care of your body..."your body will love you!"
I used to do a close version of this recipe back in the 1980s. Cottage cheese, fresh blueberries and walnuts. It has always been one of my favorite breakfasts. Thanks for bringing it back.
Thank you for sharing this. I loved it! The only thing I did different is I poured the frozen blueberries over the cottage cheese last night and let that juice thaw with the blueberries and this morning rather than peanut butter I did 1/4 cup of walnuts. Yum!
I make something similar. I use 1/3 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 c Greek Yogurt (flavored but FF SF), mix well, sprinkle with cinnamon, then top with 1/8 cup granola & 1/2 c fresh blueberries. It is so filling & I don’t feel hungry until lunch time.
@lynnkavanagh7361 it really is they are protein packed and are loaded with fiber... Chia seeds will even thicken it if you want to add a little nut milk... you can even make fresh jelly with chia seeds....and make something called Chia Seed Pudding flavored however you like. I use, Stevia, Monkfruit or Allulose to keep the carb and calories down..... Chia Seed pudding tastes kind of like Tapioca.
But why? When a cup of cottage cheese has more protein than 6 eggs.... just blend it smooth and add whatever you want I actually make Cottage Cheese Ice Cream and sometimes eat that as a meal
Never in my 64 years would I have thought this would be something I would enjoy. Honestly, I made this the other day and it’s a killer recipe with a great amount of protein which I prioritize each meal.

New viewer and subscriber here... This recipe is absolutely awesome - I love it! Had it everyday since watching this video - 3 times for breakfast, and yesterday as an early dinner. I do however mad it even simpler to make: I put the blueberries together with the peanutbutter in a bowl, stick in the microwave for 90 seconds, then add the cottage cheese - done! This slightly melts the peanutbutter and is therefore better to mix. Thanks so much!
oh my goodness. i tried this. i used fresh berries amd chia seeds and microwaved the whole bowl of berries, peanut butter and cottage cheese for about a minute. it was so good. it was like a dessert. thanks Autumn!
I love this cottage cheese bowl and eat this almost everyday for either breakfast or lunch. I use chopped pecans or walnuts instead of peanut butter. I like the blueberries frozen or slightly thawed and don't heat them up. I buy the bag of organic frozen blueberries at Costco and they last a long time. This keeps me full for hours. Thanks Autumn!
Okay finally! I'm a texture person, I cannot eat soft blueberries only frozen. I was glad to find a comment that used frozen or slightly thawed. Now peanut butter and cottage cheese 😮 Im not there yet.

I was appalled and felt bad and made a note to treat her to lunch the next day. It took me quite a while to have that aha moment and realize what a powerhouse little breakfast she actually had there. I am borderline diabetic and am always looking for high protein, moderate fat and nutrient dense recipes that taste good-this recipe nailed them all!
Love this! I use 3/4 c of cottage cheese plus 1 serving of your vanilla protein powder and mix together. I add a squeeze of lemon juice to the blueberries and a touch of vanilla monk fruit sweetener. Too good to be true!!
The point is cottage cheese has more protein than yogurt though....and it's salty so it's a great contrast to whatever sweet you add like the blueberries
I LOVE this stuff, Amber. As a 67 year old, needing to lose a few pounds, I need to eat more protein. Never considered sautéing frozen berries before. 🤯. I’ve also used Skyr instead of cottage cheese, for dessert. Thank you! ❤️
I just made is and it is sooooo good! I had fresh blueberries so I zapped them in the microwave for about 20 seconds to get the juices to release. I just did 1 tablespoon of peanut butter because of calories. It is VERY satiating.
That’s exactly the same brand of cottage cheese I eat/love! I like to do a sweet cottage cheese bowl with shredded carrot and pineapple 😋 or savory option with celery, raw peppers green olives 🫒 and black pepper 😋. Thank you for heating the blueberries on the stove to avoid nuking your food in the microwave-I definitely use that microwave way too much!
I've made similar- without peanut butter. Using some vanilla extract in the cottage cheese with a squirt of stevia ( mixing ), then lightly heating wild blueberries in a pan ,as shown- with a squirt of lemon juice. My go to every other day! Thanks for your recipe too!
Cottage cheese, sour cream, chopped tomatoes, green onion, chop a few olives, lemon pepper. Stir it up. You can use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. You’re welcome.
I always keep frozen blueberries on hand, they last so much longer than fresh. Thanks for the recipe! I’ve always been hesitant to try cottage cheese with fruit but you have given me the inspiration to do it!
I always skipped eating cottage cheese because of the texture but then I thought of putting a cupful in my mini blender and I love the smooth texture! It's creamy! I love your recipe, I just add a dash of vanilla and sometimes use chopped walnuts. Delicious and healthy.....and smooth!
My typical lunch is pretty close to yours. Cottage cheese, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries. But instead of peanut butter, I sprinkle in a huge handful of unsalted pumpkin seeds. Great mouthfeel, satisfying crunch!
I cannot wait to try this Autumn! I added a scoop of your vanilla protein powder to my Greek yogurt yesterday. It was THE perfect pairing for that vanilla yogurt flavoring without having to add any extra sweeteners. ❤
Here I've been trying to figure the whole K2 thing out... and worried that cottage cheese (which I adore...) was not healthy. The k2 info made my day! Yay!
I use a Simply Syrup (sugar free) to flavor my cottage cheese. Wow! I have a bunch of different flavors and enjoy different ones (1 tsp or so) on my cottage cheese or Yogurt before I add my blueberries, chopped walnuts and chia seeds. 😀💕😀💕
Back in the 1960s, Weight Watchers invented this. Cottage Cheese and pineapple, cottage cheese in your lasagna, dips made with cottage cheese instead of mayonnaise. What's old is new again.
I whipped up my cottage cheese (one cup) and blended it with a scoop of Quest peanut butter protein. Then, I topped it with blueberries and chia seeds. Yes, I got that recipe from you. Anyway, it is amazing tasting. As a matter of fact, I am having it for lunch today.
I make 1 ounce oats weighed dry then I cook in water and add 1 cup frozen blueberries to it and cook then I do 4 ounces of cottage cheese and 4 ounces of Greek yogurt in a bowl and then I pour the oats and blueberries over the yogurt and cottage cheese ❤oh my gosh so yummy thanks for showing the cottage cheese and blueberries together love it I eat everyday 😊😊
As someone who’s new to the organic cottage cheese game I’m SOOOOO glad I found this video! I just made a bowl but used Organic Valley organic 4% milk fat cottage cheese but next time I’ll get the brand you use. I just throw my organic blueberries in after the 2 tablespoons of my organic dark roasted peanut butter (sprinkled with simply organic Ceylon cinnamon) and this is SOOOOOOOO good!! This will be PERFECT for my lunch breaks (dinner to most since I take my lunch break at 5:15 pm lol). Thank you!!!
I have frozen raspberries and blueberries with 10% fat Greek yoghurt. I then out in nutritional yeast flakes, flax seeds, tsp of manuka honey and fresh cream. Make in the morning before work and by lunchtime the berries are thawed and the juices necessary everything together. Very nutritional. Lovely!
All of what you said Autumn but throw out Peanut and add Almond Butter……change up Walnuts, Sunflower seeds, Pumpkin seeds. Frozen Blueberry’s everytime…..great when your not having eggs 😊
I get a bag of frozen mixed berries and pour about 3/4 of a cup into a microwave safe container and microwave for 3 1/2 minutes on 40 percent power. I have been using that as a topping for my Chobani Zero Sugar strawberry yogurt. I've never tried it on cottage cheese but that cottage cheese/blueberry/peanut butter combo sounds really good! I need to try that.
So good!! It tastes like dessert! I'm on a low carb diet, so I was shocked after I had been eating this for 2 weeks and I added up the carbs--- 21 carbs!!! That's my whole days worth!!
A healthier and more nutritious choice than peanut butter is Nutzo. It’s nuts and seeds without any junk oils, preservatives, or sugar and it tastes delicious. I can’t wait to try your treat! Thanks ❤️
I love frozen fruit-I thaw them out in the fridge before adding to cottage cheese or my home made full fat yogurt. As they thaw, they turn into juicy goodness! I do add some raw honey to the mix too.
What?!!!! I've been making this for years! Just threw it together one day because it's all I had in the kitchen right before grocery day. I DON'T cook the blueberries, or even warm them, however. And many times I leave out the peanut butter. This dish was delicious the first time I made it and and I'm sure it's delicious today. I have not had it in a couple of weeks now.
Some thought peanut butter weird but it is filling. I love peanut butter. This is a horrible thing but when I am stressed to the max I put peanut butter , a little bit of mayo and cheese in a cup and heat it up. It is delicious to me and calms my nerves. I know others use alcohol or drugs or whatever but this works for me. I will try your meal. It sounds good to me. ❤❤❤❤
Just wanted to say thanks for the great food ideas. You have such enthusiasm for these recipes that I overcame my skepticism and tried this one, the pineapple/ginger/turmeric smoothie, and the sandwich in a bell pepper. They really ARE that good and I’m a little stunned. Anyway, just embarking on a quest to get on top of some chronic health problems and I appreciate how trustworthy your advice is-thank you!
such a simple but tasty recipe, i used mixed frozen fruit (pineapple, peach, strawberry) and still tasted great. i happened to have RX sugar syrup so I added a bit to have even more sweetness with no extra cals
I love cottage cheese, but with savory things not fruit. One of my favorites is to put it in tomato soup. Put your soup in a bowl and put a big scoop right in the middle of it, don't stir. Salt and pepper to taste. Creamy hot, cold, salty and tomatoey sweet. Yum! I also use it as a substitute for mashed potatoes, just add gravy. Low carb high protein.
I love cottoge cheese too but I just mix frozen berries, cottage cheese and almond butter or peanut butter and eat it cold. It’s very refreshing but I will try cooking the berries too
I've been making something similar for a long time, using high protein yogurt. I microwave blueberries ,raspberries etc until they are very very hot, top with the yogurt, A little drizzle of unpasteurized honey (guilty!), and some crunchy toasted oats with walnuts. Yum!
I eat cottage cheese for lunch or breakfast every single day. I do a version this but use whole or chopped nuts (walnuts, peanuts, almonds, pepitas.. etc) instead of peanut butter. I like the crunch 😊
My go to has been cottage cheese, raisins, and dry roasted sunflower seeds. It has it all: cool creamy sweet chewy nutty crunchy Sometimes it is cottage cheese and avocado and everthing bagel seasoning. Going to try blueberries and almonds, thanks!
This came up in my youtube feed. Can't wait to try this combo I never would have thought of. And it as others have mentioned, thank you for speaking quickly!
Definitely going to try this. I just stumbled on the fact that cottage cheese has a lot of essential amino acids in high quantity. Good way to get them if you are avoiding meat. Cottage cheese can be boring but this looks good. This also meets my criteria for no more than 3 ingredients in a recipe. I hate to cook. Thanks.
This looks amazing. And a switch from what I have been eating lately: cottage cheese, powered peanut butter, flax, chia seed, and chopped walnuts. And since I live in NJ, we pick our own blueberries and freeze.
I am so glad your channel showed up in my feed Autumn! And I love that name!! I have not had cottage cheese in a while since during the pandemic, and we received a tub of it, like you have here in a food care box. I searched the internet on what to do with it, mostly searched Pinterest. I made cottage cheese pancakes and something else I can not remember. But I have yet to find a good brand of cottage cheese, so thank you. Also thanks for talking about Skyr. I bought some recently and I like it. I also like Greek yogurt, so I knew I would also probably like Skyr. I love using these yogurts with a tart taste as a sour cream substitute and use Trader Joe's Green Goddess Seasoning and a table.spoon of plant based milk to make a healthy dip for chips or veggies, 😋!! I will try this brand you have featured here, but buy a small one just in case I do not like it so as not to waste.
I only eat cottage cheese in Euro savory way I grew up with: with chopped radishes, green onions, optional squeezed garlic, avocado, finished with himalayan salt and pepper. I would never think about adding hot berries! Trying it tomorrow!
I have blueberries & cottage cheese every morning, eat with a hand full (1/4 cup) of almonds because I’m not supposed to have peanuts. Eat the berries in season, and frozen organic out of season (usually put in fridge overnight to thaw). I’ll have to try thawing the frozen blueberries in my little 8” cast iron skillet like you showed.
I learned if I take cottage cheese and put it into a mini chopper with a tbsp of greek yogurt and then add monk fruit extract and lime juice it makes what tastes like a cross between key lime pie filling and key lime cheesecake. If you add some almond flour and coconut manna or oil together to make a crust, it's the best dang dessert.
😋Ooooh my goodness Autumn, i just made a bowl of this using a tsp coconut oil to sautée my frozen blueberries and I looove how this meal so much. Thank you for helping me make delicious quality protein dishes❤ I feel so amazing when I'm eating enough protein🥰

Microwave = radiating your berries
It took way long even in speed
@@katt1134 I was just going to say the same thing, haha!
If you microwave anything you are essentially killing all the good and healthy nutrients.
I appreciate autumn talking fast. She is the only person I don’t have to speed up so the videos don’t drag on.
Or she could try synthesise better
Same! I love that she talks fast. When people talk too slowly it drives me nuts!
I have to slow it down...she talks way too fast for my being able to understand her.
I put most videos on 2x speeds

You can speed up or slow down videos...i prefer autumn speaking quickly bc she's one of the few ppl i don't need to speed up😊
I made this with cottage cheese, PB2fit peanut butter powder & fresh blueberries cooked in a skillet. I liked it a lot & I will repeat making it.
Thank you Autumn, can't wait to try it!😋
such a simple but tasty recipe, i used mixed frozen fruit (pineapple, peach, strawberry) and still tasted great. i happened to have RX sugar syrup so I added a bit to have even more sweetness with no extra cals
You don't like it with fruit ,tomatoes are fruit😂
Made this for the first time today, it was delicious. Will definitely be making it more often. Thanks for the recipe!!
I love cottoge cheese too but I just mix frozen berries, cottage cheese and almond butter or peanut butter and eat it cold. It’s very refreshing but I will try cooking the berries too
One of my favs is cottage cheese and a can of sardines. Beat that for healthy nutritious and easy to make!
I have frozen strawberries on hand- will give it a try
Thank You!! I never thought to put these 3 ingredients together!
Yep. Works with full fat Greek yogurt too. Can add lots of healthy things. Yum!
I've been making something similar for a long time, using high protein yogurt. I microwave blueberries ,raspberries etc
until they are very very hot, top with the yogurt,
A little drizzle of unpasteurized honey (guilty!), and some crunchy toasted oats with walnuts.
Yum!
I eat cottage cheese for lunch or breakfast every single day. I do a version this but use whole or chopped nuts (walnuts, peanuts, almonds, pepitas.. etc) instead of peanut butter. I like the crunch 😊
Oh my God, where have you been all my life? Subscribed. I'm not even two minutes in and every single thing you're saying is amazing. Love it.❤
My fav is diced apple, cinnamon sprinkled on apple, pecans or walnuts, cottage cheese. DELICIOUS!!!
OMG! I was almost gagged when I made this, but one spoonful and I am a huge fan !!
Wow... I would never have imagined.
Everything bagel is yummy on it too.
I only eat cottage cheese in Euro savory way I grew up with: with chopped radishes, green onions, optional squeezed garlic, avocado, finished with himalayan salt and pepper. I would never think about adding hot berries! Trying it tomorrow!
Also plopping cottage cheese in blender….with a little almond milk and other ingredients…. Makes cottage cheese smooth and creamy!
Your channel is AMAZING! I love the tips and recipes. I’m getting my recomp journey underway and definitely be using your recipes as I go!
Ok the combination doesn’t appeal to me, but I am definitely game to try it for a meal. Thank you Autumn🎉
I love all 3 ingredients but would have never thought of peanut butter in it!
This really is quite amazing. Throughly enjoying it for breakfast today.
A great high protein breakfast is a ribeye slathered in butter
Wow that is an idea.
Absolutely!
Never thought of blueberries and peanut butter together, will have to try
Ate this during pregnancy many years ago. One of few things i could keep down
I really like cottage cheese and will definitely give this a go.
You can do this with skyr(yogurt) as well
Yes! So good!!
I literally eat this for my post workout! just that I’ve been using Greek yogurt instead of cottage cheese, and I add in some protein powder as well
I bought that brand of cottage cheese and I really like it. It has all pure ingredients.
