    I think one of their better products is Non Sense as it can be diluted down pretty far and has no scent or colors added. I also tried After Wash which is their drying aid and it had good slickness and added some gloss.

    Im interested to know, if you're going to wipe off the dirt with a cloth, is there any difference in just using water first instead of waterless wash? I'm just not seeing the difference between waterless wash and just saturating with a hose pipe?

    • @Ecdetails
      @Ecdetails  2 месяца назад

      Waterless has some emulsifiers and surfactants that lift the dirt, water by nature is a solvent

    When I first started getting into detailing chemical guys got me good. I bought a lot of their stuff but I learned quick it’s mostly watered down junk! I do like the vrp, the water spot remover works decent and the V line of compound is ok. Other than that I try to use up what I have so I ain’t throwing money away and then I’m One and done!

    waterless wash isnt made for dirt/salt/road film that caked on. Theres not a way you can do it without swirl marks even being as gentle as possible and using 50 towels. being that its silver sure you wont see it as much as a darker color but even if it was ceramic coated with a very thick pro coating its going to mar the surface.

    Honestly i just won't spend money on Chemical Guys products. They drive me nuts and i think they intentionally take advantage of the average person who doesnt know much about detailing. They have so many essentially identical products in so many areas and then market like crazy to people who dont know any better and charge wayyyy too much. Perhaps a few of their dozens of products are ok but I personally won't be buying them. Not at all a fan of how theyve decided to run their business. It's successful but they don't need to rip people off like they do.

No need for a strip wash when you’re doing a 4 step correction after I guess….
