Hey this looks amazing. Definitely want to try it. What is the nutrition info on it please. Also how do you get your pastry to spread so well and not stick to the paper. I find most of mine sticks and it's really hard to get it off. :(

I’ve never used rice flour as it’s too high in carbs for my particular lifestyle so I can’t advice on the quantities sorry! Maybe google and find out what the substitution options are if you’re using rice flour to determine if it’s a 1:1 swap or not 😊 it probably is fine to swap out 1:1 but I don’t want to say that with certainty as I haven’t made it myself! All the best!

Hey Elle, did you mean 25g melted butter in your recipe for passionfruit icing? Your custard slice insta recipe says 250g to one cup icing powder.

You could but it would be quite rich and the calories would be a far bit more too. But if you want to, go for it!
