I've yet to fly on their Dreamliners, but I agree they have a solid economy cabin. I like how they have some amenities in the lavatories as well. Very comfortable regional flight.Cheers!
I've flown their 737-800 and they're 787-10 now. Keen to try and get a flight on their A350 between Barcelona and Milan maybe later this year. (and eventually their long haul product)
I would definitely choose Singapore Airlines over Air Asia. It's incredible what they offer in terms of service, comfort and amenities on a short flight in economy class. This is what flying shorthaul in Europe used to be like before lowcost airlines and I wish flying shorthaul economy within Europe could be like this once again. Thanks for posting this video.
100% I flew into Bali on Air Asia and its night and day (as you'd expect). Singapore Airlines are just so far ahead of what they need to offer on this route
I flew to Bali from Singapore in 2019 and stayed for 5 days, I went to the Incredible GWK Cultural Park for a visit, but it was not quite finished, having said that it was massive and you can clearly see it from the Airport..
Is that the one that looks over the airport? Its huge!
thanks - the only surprise was you were switching to BA in Singapore! can only think it must have been for points or price?
So we had a return flight on BA booked LHR-SIN-LHR with a companion voucher and then booked separate flights to Bali and back. Flying in the school holidays this was the most cost effective way to get there vs a connected itinerary on SQ or another airline. Thankfully the interline agreement means SQ could check our bags through
