Have to say, this really does capture well the imperiality and ruler of an evil race aspect of the Emperor Ing, the "Alpha and Omega" of the Ing Horde as it's labelled.
I've been trying to recreate this one by ear as well since like you said there are no midi or sheet music. One of the toughest aspects of this song is the warbling bass (for me at least) the chords seem farely simple for the beginning part at least. Just 3 octaves played with 1 descending. You did a masterful job however in recreating it! A little jealous tbh :p
This is in my top 10 Coolest Video Game Boss Soundtracks, this Arrangement is very well done as well. I think an Orchestral Version of The Queen Metroid Theme from Samus Returns (3DS) could be cool as well.

It's a good OST, but is short of some strong melodic tunes.
To be fair Artaria 2&3, Cataris 1&2, Burenia 1&2 and Ferenia are pretty good
