Oh yeah you can definitely do that. For privacy I go through Windows settings with a fine comb, then also use a program call WPD. Another powerhouse app. I love Windows 10, but dang Microsoft sure does like phoning home.

No it won't reduce FPS at all, infact it frees up some ram and CPU cycles bro. You notice your task manager will look a bit leaner as well. Thanks for watching btw
It does yes, not massive tangible gains... Yet it frees up CPU and ram cycles which helps with latency, performance and heat. It's an absolute must. Also what's the point in running apps in the background in the first place if you aren't using them. For that matter go to task manager and disable all startup apps. Same concept, when windows starts it automatically starts programs which aren't necessary. I hope that answers your question my man
