Is there an English word using the kh to denote the pronunciation of guttural ach-laut sound? I don’t think so. English is a germanic language and even the celtic and gaelic natives of British-Irish isles would use -ch in their words for the same sound. Southeast asian and Indian languages, the kh is still pronounced as k but with aspiration. Only in Arabic its transliteration of the equivalent Hebrew letter ח خ will use kh instead of ch.
