  • Titleist has seemingly dominated our Ball Lab tests the past few years, and we wanted to know why. In this video, the MGS team traveled up to Titleist HQ in Acushnet, MA to get some answers.
Not passing up an invite to look behind the scenes, we booked our trip and got to tour several Titleist facilities-even some top secret stuff!
If you've ever wondered how a Titleist Pro V1 is made, watch this video as we take you on a tour of a Titleist ball plant. Cheers!

I use a pro v1 if I’m confident that I won’t lose it. I may switch it up when I hit over water or have a lot of OB left or right.

Have been playing the Srixon Zstar XV for a couple years, but recently purchased some Oncore Elixir balls that have me very intrigued on how they hold up. Was strongly considering simply switching to the Pro V1 full time, but taking one last chance to find a high quality ball at a better value. If it doesn't work out, I'll be switching to the #1 ball in golf, so IF I happen to win 3 dozen, well that would be splendid!
