Makes things I want to do seem harder. Creating a video, practicing guitar, going to see someone I need to see, going to meet new friends in another town, I put these things off because of fear of failure or fear of non-acceptance, "them judging me negatively."

I'm such a hypocrite towards myself. Always lecturing myself about getting out of my comfort zone, but then I never do. Also doesn't help that I put important things off til last minute. And my stress coping mechanism? Gaming multiple hours at a time at home.
