  • Do you tend to overthink and have a fear of failure? You might have struggled with analysis paralysis.
    This means wanting things to be perfect, so you never take a step towards making something happen-your plan ends before it even starts. You might also have wanted to avoid looking bad or being criticized for your actions.
    In this lesson, I'm going to show you how to change your view of mistakes. Mistakes are stepping stones to something bigger and better.
    0:00 Overcome the fear of failure
    3:08 Avoid regrets
    4:30 Begin with the end in mind
    5:53 What truly matters in life
    6:50 Learn from your mistakes

    My fear of failure comes from being hit for not doing what my parent wanted from me, or not having empathy for what they are going through at that time. I adapted by having a high level of empathy but a very low level of self-esteem and not knowing how I feel myself. There are times I have made improvements and started to feel somewhat confident, followed by times that felt like I was traveling 10 years back into the past. While the situations that made me learn to act this way are so far away on the timeline, they sure stick around far too much.

    Thank you for your work and producing these helpful videos to try to learn from. You inspire me to improve my acronyms skills and trying to overcome my difficult disabilities and other hardships in life even though I haven't yet been all that successful in overcoming very much but I'm still trying to improve and learn things at my own pace. ✌️🙏

    Is it possible to also use Acronym R.A.I.N which stand for :
    R = Recognise
    A = Accept
    I = Investigate
    N = Non Identify to our mistakes. On the other hands, see them as The Best Opportunity to grow.

    The seven habits by Dr Steven COVEY :
    I always strive to make the most important thing the most important thing
    I begin with the end in mind (set aside my Limitations, Distractions and previous knowledge ( temporarily) about the subject I'm about to STUDY by taking great advantage of TWO Principles : COMPARISON and SIMILARITY
    I'm thinking Win/Win relationships
    I first Understand to be understood, even if I'm not agree to by Getting into the point of view of others not mine
    I show proof of Cheerfulness
    I win Vitality
    I make the social Contribution
