I passed my Michigan exam first try I made the mistake of waiting over 6 months after my 40 hours of CE and I'm convinced your videos were all the refresher that I needed to pass thank you!
I passed the national portion of my real estate exam on the first try. That success is 100% a result of watching and listening to Jonathan's videos. I truly appreciate you Jonathan. Unfortunately I have failed the state portion (Wyoming) twice (both times by 2 points) and now I'm paralyzed with fear. I haven't failed anything in a very long time, it's really shaken my confidence. The questions are worded weirdly and lots of them have two answers that could be correct. Frustrated.
My Mother used to make me DUST the endtables...EVERY weekend! WHAT is the VALUE of that DUST?! VALUE? >>Demand, Utility, Scarcity, and Transferability! I finally GOT IT--forever!
The ONLY reason I passed was bc of these videos, I watched most of them the day before my test and I passed on my first attempt🎉 I took the NJ salesperson real estate exam through PSI and seriously only passed bc I watched these videos, he is amazing
Failed my test for the 4th time. PSI exam is so hard and different from the questions and materials I’m studying. I wish the questions were as short as this, HELP 😩
