I am using this more so as a gauge to the knowledge I’ve gained from studying my State/national course versus as a study guide & I believe, so far, I’ve learned quite a bit, now I pray my brain cooperates when I’m taking my exam 🤓

I appreciate your videos so much!!! I took my state and national exams at the end of May. I passed the state portion but not the national. It devastated me and I was so disappointed in myself even though I'm 47 and haven't taken the test in probably 25 years. I definitely have heard questions in this video that I know where on the exam that I was struggling with thank you for all your doing prayers that I passed the second time around.❤
I went to a school in Kansas City called Career Education Systems. I know they operate in a few states, but what might be best is for you to contact the brokerage you're going to join and ask them who they recommend. In fact you might call the two largest real estate offices near you and ask both of them who they recommend for real estate school. There should be a local training center who has both Online classes and also in person classes.
Number 15 was the confusing one for me because in real estate school it says you can divide territory if it’s within the same firm and not against a different firm. That’s why I would’ve chose number 2

Thanks Jonathan! This video was perfect for those tricky questions that are thrown to us. I got 1 wrong, but it was because of my second guessing, otherwise I would have got it correct.
It’s frustrating because I get 80-85% on all the practice test, when people test me out of the book I always get the questions right. But when I take the exam I get 63-65%. It’s because of the wording of the questions. The wording is jumbled I’m like nobody talks like that. Is there something I can do to help me understand what the questions are saying and asking?
Yea the exams have gotten worse on trying to trick people on the questions. Keep studying and the next time you take it, make a list of the questions that are really hard that you might be guessing on. Write down those text questions numbers on the stratch paper they give you. Then at the end of the exam, go back to those questions and see if you'd answer the same way. Sometimes it's simply text anxiety. because it sounds like you know the info well, it's just getting flustered during the exam on how they're wording questions. These exams are very stressful and by the time you've finished you should have some extra time. Go back to the ones you "guessed" at and spend some time reading them again. That could be the very thing that gets you up to a passing score.
