This was such a relaxing beautiful video and I love the initial ornaments I think I will definitely make these for my boys teachers next year and for our tree
I followed this exact recipe and it came out so dry! I had to add alottt more water and paint haha. But the end result was great, so thanks for the idea :) mine still wasn’t even as nice as yours, yours looks so moist (the dough) and easy to roll.. mine was like cracking but I added sooo much more water I was like this can’t be right? Idk man. 😂 I can’t even bake an ornament don’t ask me to bake a cake from scratch ahha
I've also seen tutorials, that make a Cornstarch Dough, instead of a salt dough...I believe no paint is used....the cornstarch gives it a naturally white appearance...
Mine have stayed hard, they do need to be stored in a cool dry place. It will depend on the climate you live in, if it's too humid they wont stay hard x
Personally I found this to be the best salt dough tutorial. The Aesthetic is great😊
THANK YOU SO MUCH! This is by far the best tutorial I've found and I have been looking for forever!

Thank you for the video! Love all your stuff :) ..May i ask you which brand and color is your nail paint?
Thanks beautiful! It's SNS x
How long do you bake them for?
Do you need the white paint just wondering or is it just for decoration
Not needed! The dough can sometimes turn a little yellow without the paint though x
How much time do we need to air - dry?
It will depend on the humidity/climate you live in but generally 24-48 hours
Can I leave out the paint?
Serena Hirtle You can, they just won’t be very white
You can but it may have a bit of yellow tinge x
@@misshitokiri thank you!
@@AshleeWhite sounds like a good idea:)
Can you mix any type of paint?
I'm not too sure I just used a water based acrylic paint x
How long does it stay hard? I did mine and went soft in 2 - 3 days... :(
Mine have stayed hard, they do need to be stored in a cool dry place. It will depend on the climate you live in, if it's too humid they wont stay hard x

Would also like to know where the stamps are from please
They were from Kmart x
Do these last a long time or do they mould/disintegrate?
As long as you store them in a cool dry place they should last you a few years x
