- In this video, we address the issue of your A32NX from FlyByWire not displaying correctly in MSFS 2020, with an invisible or 'ghost' plane in its place once you spawn into the simulator. We show you how to fix this issue and ensure you can fly the FlyByWire mod correctly. We also address the new Weights and Balance screen in the Developer and Experimental builds which also leads us to using a new Aircraft Profile in Simbrief to ensure your weights from the OFP (Operational Flight Plan) all match up correctly. Thanks for this. Only recently did I go back to update the FBW version by the standalone installer and had the 'ghost' issue on the runway and hanger - I had forgotten that i had initially installed this via the MSFS marketplace before they reverted to the standalone community installer. using your guide i found the older version in game and deleted it. I didn't even have to restart, the FBW LEAP version showed instantly in the hanger!
You know what, i never even knew that page for the payload existed, i always used the MSFS built in payload system, this makes things so much easier!

I have a question not really related to weight/balance. With the earlier versions of FBW A320, I was able to change the sim rate but after recent updates I can no longer do that. All other aircrafts (default as well as other 3rd party) do not have this problem.
And a comment/observation - the video outside the cockpit door now works. Pressing the VIDEO button on the COCKPIT DOOR panel brings up the video to the lower middle screen.
For some reason on latest EXP I do not have the INIT REQUEST Prompt. Fuel and passengers are read from simbrief via AOC correctly and loaded as well but no INIT REQUEST

What needs to be discussed is why from the July 27th update onwards , I,ve been grounded VR Crashes to CTD`s and incredibly pixilated VR view that does not allowed ,to go into the cockpit , I just get a top down view of my aircraft. 3 Months now I ,ve been unable to use MSFS2020 , I,m very lucky I,ve had a top of the range PC, specifically made for MSFS2020 , to fly it. My question is to ASBO , is what are the reasons for their failure? Luckly my DCS /and stumovik Stalingrad VR works very smooth.
Now we dont have a GW and CG in MCDU in Fuel Pred, assume somewhere in the new tablet? Cant find.

Nice vid - was pleased to see the Pax loading simulation as it fits in nicely with refueling from the FlyPad. But my question is, how does the position of the trim wheel relate to the Flaps/Trim setting on the Perf page of the MCDU when you're setting up?
It's irrespective of flaps. Trim setting is based on CoG only.
So in the video it had the CG as 23.9. When you dial the flap wheel to that you will see next to it the trim settings of o - 1up - 2up etc. You would grab that seeting and in this case for 23.9 the trim setting is about up0.8. So in the PERF menu you would enter 1/up0.8. 1 if for the flap setting (1 through to 4) and UP0.8 is the CG that youve just dialled. You will also need to use a perf calculator to work out your V1, VR and V2 and flex of course. Apologies if saying things you know but just explaining the answer to your original question.

How do you delete aircraft from content manager as I have the invisible aircraft problem.
Mr. EJSP, maybe you can assist me. When I put my flight plan into the MCDU I can never seem to get the cruising Altitude right. I always have to request to get up to my cruising ALT. I obviously doing something wrong and I can figure it out.

after last 0.7 version flyby wire and last msfs2020 update i noticed that the EFB doesn't load the simbrief flight plan althought i put my simbrief user name and also i used to have the new WB payload configuration however since i wanted to fix the EFB issue i tried to uninstall the plane from the game and then deleted the flybywire and the asobo a320 from the community folder ,tried to install again(still the a320 asobo filesnot in the community folder) and at this point the EFB STILL DOESN'T load the sim brief and still no new payload configuration any suggestions?

unfortunately new update all gone to st for me. follow all the correct prcoedures, now have issues some airports not loading, the fbw32n crashing at times - not really up for a fresh install on the thing.
I downloaded A320Neo fbw yesterday the newest version. Even if I have only this add on in my community the autopilot doesn't work at all. Aircraft just fly straight not according to plan. I don't how to fix the problem?anyone can help?
I installed it using their installer and pick it in the plane menu. When I click Fly there is no jet. It looks like the external view but it isn't??

Still using the Trim Pos from the FBW Check List.
Also you can move passengers around in the MCDU if you want to change the CG.
Check that trim position on the checklist, as it wasn't correct so it was being updated.
@@Easyjetsimpilot I was wondering about that since it looked very different compared to the pitch trim wheel in the cockpit. They have a new 1.3 version of the list online with a new trim graphic at the bottom. So it is hopefully fixed now.
Thank you for this video. It helped my A320 FBW to be visible again! However now another problem has accured. I start the simulator and pick the A320 (LEAP), I load an airport (in Sweden) and a ramp and then click "FLY". It takes quite a long time to end up on the ramp, but it works, so far. But then when I click "READY TO FLY" I end up in cockpitview with a darkened dimm view and the simulator is completely frozen. Sometimes it losens up after a couple of minutes but then when I start to look around to power up the aircraft I get CTD. This only happens with A320 NEO FBW. I´ve tryed stable version 0.7.0 and developer install, just the same. Any advise?
Try again with nothing but the A320NX in your community folder. And do a fresh install of the Mod.
I dont know why but I miss Option Button in MDU menu. Is gone. Has anyone an idea how to receive back?
I find that I cannot disarm the spoiler/brake which appears full on from start up. mouse control moves the lever to off but it keeps going back to full.
Check key bindings and controls mapping in the settings as it sounds like something is commanding it.

the 8:11timeline,I seem doesn't have the request choice.im wondering if the problem was I chose High-Altitude in the world map menu instead of VOF or something like that
You need to make your flight plan using Simbrief, rather than the default MSFS flight planner.

Thank you for the informative video. In my case the aircraft does not follow the flight plan. In fact the broken line indicating the route does not become solid. Also managed mode will also not engage. Can anyone help wit this? I would like to see a video showing completion of all the fields in the FMC to assist me with trouble shooting this issue.

I have the same problem. Sometimes the 32NX ignores the Plan and heads towards final destination instead. Although MCDU and PFD are showing the correct next waypoint, the AP just ignores it.
Invisible plane also causes my conflict addons. Remove anything that further modify the plane. Your control...etc...
I uninstalled flybywire and than install back again and it solve the problem.
What OFP layout do you use in simbrief??

Out of interest, what branch (FBW) do you recommend for those of us who are happy not being on Stable?
It would be great to have your thoughts on the main differences between the two, and what might cause someone to chose one over the other.
Dev is a lot less prone to weird behaviour. Think of it this way. Experimental is just that, the first implementation of new systems, bugs and all. Development is a bit further ahead, the systems are more refined and usually much more stable. Hopes this helps :)
Stable = Stable and bug proof (no updates)
Developer = latest updates and features being added daily
Experimental = completely rebuilt with custom Lnav and new features. Again, updated daily. (my choice for VATSIM)

On Dev today I got Alt in magenta, so VNAV might be starting to work there.
For a long time manage and open decent didn't seem to make any difference.

@@Easyjetsimpilot My last three flights on experimental have ended disastrously.
At some point during the descent, the aircraft starts rocking from side to side.
I am not able to recover from this, it pitches down and continues rocking harder until it starts performing barrel rolls.
It eventually overspreads, reaching 500knots, and explodes in midair.

You have this perfect channel with really good videos and streams, but you are still not changing the sound setting or fixing a new microphone! I really love this channel and how you do videos for us to learn. But it just so enoying to hear your voice peek all the time. Can you pls do something about it . I have comment on ir before, and others too. But somhow you still wanna use this bad sound! Thank you for everything you do for us 👍

Dear EasyJetSimPilot Please re-make your episode regarding the Control Settings like you did about the Sensitivity. Lot of things have changed since you first posted your settings! Specially since in the New Version is little bit different compare to the one you used back then.
Control settings should still be linear without any adjustments made. Nothing has changed there.
Please get another mic!!!!
