    I had 1 ltr of water early morning immediately once i got up..motion was very free..
    My diet
    7am 1 roti with dal with some sabzi cooked with 1 spoon of olive oil
    9am 1 ltr water
    10am 1 roti with dal with some sabzi
    Like this till night 6 rotis n different sabzis n dal n water inbetween
    I drank 5 ltr of water per day
    I was 118 kgs
    In 3 months i am 84 kgs
    No exercise

    It's not only that. Why it is said that don't drink water while eating or until 2 hrs after eating..or Drink before 45 minutes is because water breaks down our digestive enzymes which cause indigestion and excessive junks in our stomach. It also cause bloated stomach. 😇.

      @@Kalaiyrasi oh it's very hard to drink only water many of the times I feeled to vamit off , I was feeling very lazy for the first 5 days buy from the 6th day I was practiced to that method I was easily following the methods property 😉 from the 6th day to the last day.
      The truth is that I just ignored this after watching the video. As I saw a motivational speech in youtube I suddenly got a boost and started from the next day this method and the I got the success in the 15 th day 😉😉
      I'm thankful for the both RUclipsrs.
      Friend you should also definitely have self confidence to succeed in this.

      @@nareshpoloju4713 on early morning, drink 150-200 ml of water .. Then drink 150-200ml of water before 45mins of breakfast..then eat food within 15 minutes (don't take extra time).. Then don't drink water after meal for 2 hrs..

      Nothing when u get up u must take a 150-200ml of hot water , and then u must take Same 150-200ml of before 45 mins of all meal , breakfast everything after food u should not drink water for 2hr u must finish food with in 15mins that's it. 💪

      I think that he missed to convey it properly. The right way to start your day as per Japanese water therapy - is to drink 4-6 glasses of water(1 glass=160 ml to 200 ml ) as soon as you wake up in the morning. That’s around 1 liter of water.

    After food, water drink panla na, teeth will get coloured with food colours,
    Just drink a sip of water to clean your mouth
