I was part of the sales team for Dornier. A few other notes; aft of the pressure bulkhead is all composite, we had a full scale fuselage for sound testing during development where speakers were placed along the prop plane to simulate the noise and the engineers would "tune" the fuselage by using sound/frequency offsets. The noisiest part of the aircraft interior was the engine exhaust.
Love your stuff, Jerry! Interestingly, this video was made June 2016. According to airlinefleet, this airplane was broken up in February 2017. Sad, what a beautiful bird.
These videos are great Jerry. I know you can't discuss who is on your flights but can you please do a video and share stories about some of the famous people you have flown, or is that off the table? Curious though. THIS is a fabulous plane. How much would one of these planes cost, and how much would it cost to fly it coast to coast? How long would it take in a prop job? Does it have sufficient fuel capacity to go the distance or do you have to land for more fuel? Thanks. Great videos.
Hey Jim. Thank you. This plane is a different plane than I fly now. This was actually just a walk through on a Dornier jet an old company of mine was looking to buy. I fly an emb135BJ (legacy 600) now.
(I don’t think this posted) this is not the current aircraft I fly. This was a donier jet that an old company I use to work for was thinking about buying. This plane doesn’t have very long legs and really can’t get very high, but it was going to be an upgrade from the Merlin I use to fly. I now fly an emb135BJ (legacy 600).

Looks like a pretty sweet way to travel! Thanks for the walk through and keep the videos coming-especially with your flight compadres. Good stuff!

Great video, whats the range on that aircraft?
very cool
Who did the executive refit in this plane?
Nice aircraft. Not too big. Not too small
Fly it, and you know you want something else !
Are you gonna fly in that lovely plane
no - it was an old video, old company.
Good job... u r a sellsman, not a pilot. :-)
LOL take a look at my other videos - but yes, this was to "sale it" to my boss at the time.
4:27 So...882 pounds is a ton? Gonna have to write that down, I’d always heard something different 🤣
Love ur videos
Thanks Paul - and thanks for asking questions (see above).
might want to keep your hand /fingers away from the mic when your talking.

And unfortunately we really can’t talk about our clients. Discrete is the name of the game.

How fast does it go
about that fast!!! Oh - sorry, couldn't resist - just about 520 mph max speed.
That’s fast for a propeller plane
Btw. More videos of ur flying please
is there alot of room?
You could play basketball inside that thing!!!!
@@jerrywhite2390 its quite bigger than any of the mid-size jets. love it
Did you guys end up buying a 328?
@penn707 Gee, that was really professional. NOT!
I’ll offer you $300 for the plane. All cash.
