You do a great job with those. I don’t know if this too personal of a question to ask, but I guess I’m most curious as to how this job balances with your life outside of work. I remember you mentioning something about coming from one of your kids basketball games, is it hard to balance the job with the family and all? I’m a UPS driver and this time of year I end up spending more time inside my package car as opposed to being home (although with COVID it’s been like peak season all year round). There are times that because of that, I truly HATE the job. I will say this, that when I am home, I truly try to be "HOME" and engaged. I try to support my wife when I'm home and not home in anything she needs to get through a rotation. On this job, it truly takes a team to make it work. If my wife was supportive, then it just would work (nor be worth it to me).
It does seem you have to be very adaptable to change. I think a minute of background on each crew member would make it even more interesting. Love all the videos ! Thanks!
