Hi Vonnie - Wayne & Katy here - this whisk works best mixing flour/dry with wet, or folding liquids into whipped... while it's called a whisk - I still use a traditional whisk or fork to whip up eggs and other liquids. AND - this looks so tasty!
So sorry about the name mix up, Wayne. We had kids in our class growing up who had William and Kay. I even called you guys William and Kay in one clip. Got rid of that! You are absolutely right about the whisk. I do use it that way but wanted it to 'premiere'. Thanks again
Oh thats funny about your baking sheet! I did exactly the same thing but i got mine thrifting. Brought it home and couldnt get the oven door shut no way, no how...makes a handy tray tho.
