You demonstrated two Japanese recipes: steamed egg custard and Tamagoyaki. I have never tried making steamed egg custard, but this method is the simplest. Keep the egg recipes coming; they are cheaper than meat and can provide good nutrition.
The steam eggs are more Chinese style than Japanese Chawan Mushi. The Tamago Sando is too watery. And the tamagoyaki is overcooked and not supposed to be rubbery thin. All in all, very unauthentic. I wouldn't call them "Japanese recipes"
So many interesting, creative, and weird aspects of this video. The different ways of cracking eggs, the different ways of retrieving them from boiling water, where all the eggs are hidden, the camera angles, the words, the methods, all very entertaining!

So many great egg recipes! Thank you for sharing these with us. I never knew you could make so many different egg dishes. I'm going to have to watch this several times to get all the information. Lots of blessings from Texas! 😊❤✌️🏼
I love watching your videos. You're entertaining as well as very smart. I like that you don't make us watch every single step..such as peeling and cutting an onion. You say to slice or dice and BOOM!!! it's done. Have a great day💖💖
I also have a tip 😅 : In the winter, I boil the eggs for four minutes (I want hardboiled), take them out and put them in my pockets to keep me warm. After they very slowly cool down (I might carry them for an hour) they are perfectly cooked for me and still warm.
Love it, thanks for posting this up! I love eggs but get tired of eating them the same way, definitely some inspiration in here. Good quality video too, and the narrator has a super calming voice which helps when following directions lol.
