I’ve taken different types of cheeses and put fairly thin slices on a sheet tray pop in a 350* oven wait about 10 min and check them if melted and bubbly take out of oven and allow to cook a bit remove to a paper towel covered rack ( drains extra oil ) then make some more. These are so good with salsa or humus or even guacamole. Try it you can use a hotter oven but do keep an eye on them. I love your Hacks. I love the content. You also have a good sense of humor! Thank you for the great hacks--I'm going to make half of my butter into ghee so I can use by spoonful. I can't wait to try the ice cream. Fresh is awesome.
