Blue Mountain Preserve was awesome!! So much good footage... the Extended Cut is excellent! You were able to add in some steep and sketchy moments! This place is just a technical riding masterpiece. Tough features scattered throughout with massive slabs and some serious punchy climbing. What a fun ride.
Dude, such a fun day! I'm glad you enjoyed the extended cut too. I noticed a bunch of slabs we missed when editing the video. We have to go back to get those for sure. Thanks for setting the trip up Dan!
Dude this place is sick, great ride and video. I’ve been riding since 93. No more ski mountain, DH or bike park for me. Good old rough peddle trail without giant climbs. Only hour and a half away. Thank you
Right on! Thank you so much for the kind words. We had a lot of fun riding at Blue Mountain Reserve. I'm jealous it's only an hour and a half away from you. Sage
Had me on the edge of my seat!! Such steep climbs!! And there’s always down after the climbs! It’s clear you guys love this!!! Gotta have the confidence to do what y’all do!! Awesome!!!
Thanks Kirsten. I'm blessed to have such good friends to share the stoke with. We all coached each other through the challenges and had a blast riding this stuff.
Looks like a super tough place to ride, you need to be very strong & fit to clean those features and you guys killed it with your mad technical skills, well done everyone, awesome vid!
Thanks so much Jim. This place was mind-blowingly cool. In fact, we were planning on heading back there last week before Dan got injured to explore some more trails. If you are ever in NY or North NJ I would put it on your list.
Another amazing video Sage. The rock Rollers here are definitely next level. Best in the area. There are a couple that I still have on my to do list. One giant one off the fireroad with a tree root across it halfway down that you have to pop over.
A really great video Sage. The stone sections look so challenging, especially at the beginning when everything was still wet. You did a great job and it was fantastic to watch. Thanks for sharing and have a good day mate. Ride on🤙
@@TrailSage im not good at those tecnical steep sections! I have to do that more often to get e bit more confidence! But i like bikeparks to🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️🤣
I was just talking to my buddy about riding blue mountain and I came across your channel. Great coverage! Place looks amazing! Nice editing work too! I know what the GoPro affect looks like on video so that rock roller looks steep!!! Great job.
Thanks JT! As for Blue Mountain you will love it. All the trails are labeled and it's easy to navigate with Trailforks. And yes, those slabs are much steeper in person, lol.
Tough one that Sage!! But you chaps were killing it there!! There really should be more love on this platform for tough tech trails instead of just flow jams and jumps... #JustMyTwoCents
Another great video Sage! 200ft of elevation per mile is a healthy avg grade...especially with all that tech! Were there any sustained descents or was it mostly punchy up and downs?
Thanks Sam. There were a few longer epic slab runs, especially off On Your Marc and Myx Monster, but I would not call them sustained. Of course we didn't get to ride all the trails there, so there maybe some longer downhill runs we missed. Regardless you and yours boys would love this place!
@@TrailSage I wouldnt say its made for bikes, or bike friendly ( not beginner biker friendly) but its quite a challenge, and has a nice view. i know the trailhead if you need help.

Great video ! You guys were pushing it to the limit & loving every minute of it ! Nice job 👍
Oh man this place was off the charts Robivee. Miles of smiles for sure. Thanks for watching and commenting. Sage
That trail is raw and insane. You just don't get a break
Ha, well said Felix. It was one hell of a ride for sure.
Looks challenging!! Can’t wait to check this place out! Good riding everyone
You would absolutely love this place Steve. Hope you are well brotha!
For me my favorite place to ride. Myx Monster, On your marc, Stinger, My favorite trail, Rambler, etc.... So many more trails left too mention.. 🤙🍻
Yeah, I can totally see why. This was one of my favorite destinations this year. Thanks for watching and commenting.

@@UltraTrailSteven Thanks Steven. We had a blast and I can't wait to go back. Who knew NY had this kind of tech?!?!

Yes! That one is awesome. It is featured in my "Extended Cut" version. Thanks for watching John. I appreciate the comments and support.
@@TrailSage funny I sent this video to the crew I ride with and now we are all itching to get back to Blue :)
@@johnnypedals Yes! Glad I was able to help ;)
Welp… Another place added to my never ending “must ride” list … I had no idea NY had stuff like this offer. Great video as well always 🤘🤘🤘
OMG neither did I, lol. I'm definitely going back someday. You would absolutely love it brotha!
There’s even more. Lots here in NY and even nearby in NJ.

Thanks Christoph. You're right, the morning was so tough with the wet conditions, but it dried nicely and we had a blast. Can't wait to go back!
Yeah Sage you are so good at the technical Trails! Those Trails are amazing! Very good job on the edit 👍🏽👌🏼 Loving the Bloopers🤩🤣🤩✌🏻

"Oh this is nice" cue the granny panties😂😂 cracked me up. These trails look like some proper NE tech. Rocks looked slick but dirt looks PRIMO.
I was taken by surprise at how big the rocks were. They make you earn it, but it was so much fun Zane! Thanks for watching and commenting!
@@TrailSage dude they look big on gopro lmao they're probably massive

Thanks Ville

I agree, but maybe that's better for me. Otherwise my videos will look really lame compared to others, lol. Thanks for watching Phil
Great video, nice group, really challenging trails! Thrilled you were able to go to NY, adding to all the previous excellent PA/NJ adventures.
You would love this place Lawrence! It was like a roller coaster of rock slabs, lol. Thanks for watching brotha!

I need to make a shirt with that, lol

@@twotrailsmtb OMG people would be waisted, lol
If you want a shorter trail, come to fort hill. Very techy and difficult but short. if you need more information just ask
Right on, thanks for the heads up. Next time we are up that way I might have to check that out.

@@TrailSage gotcha. well if you do, check out graham hills as well if you haven’t. proper bike heaven
Skip Debacle. Do everything else. Find the bonus slabs
Yeah, I suppose Debacle is an acquired taste, lol. I'm def coming back to find more bonus slabs. Thanks for watching and commenting Mark.
Westchester trails are another level compare to long island trails.
These trails speciously blew my mind, lol. Thanks for watching and commenting.

Thank you as always! Love your videos very informational.
Thanks brotha. We had a blast checking this place out.
