What an amazing episode, this "original" fight was epic. Very good to see Ishida gradually using his (new) powers. Renji finally deserved a respectable fight
This episode was CINEMA, what incredible quality in this fight, unprecedented for the anime, and yes Uryu is getting the attention he deserves. Kubo being involved in the production, is adding a lot of new things.

X axis doesn't shoot bullets if you remember Lille stated his x axis merely erases all within his gun sights so superhuman or not he can damage anything and everybody
Lille's X Axis doesn't shoot bullets. It was stated by him his X Axis Penetrates everything between the target and the muzzle of his gun. X Axis can't be dodged and is literal durability negation. If you can recall even Squad Zero couldn't block it when Lille shot Oetsu.

He wasn't even using X axis. It was just reishi bullets. Remember with X axis its almost instantaneous
Renji did very good! He put in the work and it showed. Kubo and Studio Pierott COOKED with all of this anime only content.
