@KennonRude oh I 100% agree. Although the visuals from the 3 videos...maaaaaan that's a tough call. Lyrics for analysis or visuals for emotion? For me, both are equally great choices
I was just about to say the same thing, in a lot of cases I prefer listening to the one take because his voice isn't as buried under the instrumentals.
@@seanmccormick2998 I think its good to listen to the full studio recording first, just to get the full impact of the whole song. When you know what to expect its a lot easier to absorb Will's still and talent in the live One Take
@@seanmccormick2998I’m sure you know it’s done intentionally, however I like to think it’s to resemble the soul slowly fading away. Like a scream underneath the crushing weight of the noise. Lol just some psuedo-philosophical bullsh*t I guess 😂😂😂
The ending where he does that demonic pig squeal wasnt originally supposed to be in the song, that was something he just did to mess with his bandmates and they just decided to leave it
Will Ramos (Lead singer) is a beast. He has a one take performance as well, you should watch this as well. The whole band is amazing. The pain Remains Trilogy is a Masterpiece of Emotional Deathcore
Totally fine if it's not your cup of tea, but I really appreciate your recognition of the talent this takes. I'm into that stuff, doing vocals myself for over 15 years. But anyways, thank you for your honest reaction.
I'm happy you were finally able to get this video up Nikki, I had a feeling though that the vocals could be the deal breaker for you on this, there's plenty of music out there, but they can't all be your cup of tea
I really appreciate your reaction to this. Lorna Shore is really not for everyone, more like jumping to the deep end of the pool to learn to swim and someone throws you an anchor. I also appreciate you recognizing skill and talent outside your comfort zone. Thank you.
Thanks for watching ☺️ I definitely am going to come back to more of them, and Will Ramos cause it really is mesmerizing to listen to and I wanna learn more about this style.
@2:54 ironically you may be scared of the music, but the vocalist, Will is like a human version of a golden retriever and such a genuinely awesome guy I suggest watching the One Take Vocal Playthrough Will does for this song, you can truly hear his voice more clearly and make out words better if you feel adventurous with this band check out "Death Portrait" or "Immortal" it features the bands old vocalist CJ his vocals are insane too. understandably this sort of music isn't everyones taste, I noticed you said you like Sleep Token, and Will did a Cover of 2 of their songs "Hypnosis" and "chokehold"..I very highly recommend you check those out, you won't regret it!!! New Subscriber right here :D
Thank you! And I will add all those to my list. I genuinely would like to listen to more just to get more comfortable with those kind of vocals. I feel like you have to listen to a song or a band a few times to actually get a feel for if you can ever get into it or not..which is ironic since I started a bit of a reaction channel here..😂
hell yeah, i like that you like it next song they released, and hooked me instandly to Lorna Shore, was "...and i return to nothingness" this song you just listened "is the badest" they released since the new singer entered, the badest i said because every song and musicvideo they released after this is getting better and better ! please follow their release list to get to their music, i promise you won´t regret that ;)
In this type of music you can think of the vocals as another instrument. While the lyrics are amazing it’s not uncommon to just listen to them as a sound and not words.
not sure which band it was, but I remember a while back you said you were going to show your Grandmother a video you'd watched, because she might like it, but I doubt your Grandmother will ever see these guys...I thought the music was great in parts, but I'm not much into the tongue swallowing vocals either
Lorna Shore isn’t going to be for everyone. Diving into this band is really like jumping into the deep end. They’re very extreme, and Will does things with his voice that are hard to wrap your head around. But, good to see that you at least gave it a try.
I plan on checking out more of their stuff though. ☺️ While it's definitely shocking when I'm unfamiliar with those types of vocals, it really does blow me away he's capable of it.
I’d recommend the Pain Remains trilogy. You have to do all 3 though. I think there’s a video that puts all 3 parts into 1 video. Those songs and videos DESTROY me every time.
Hi Nikki, greetings from UK Sadly not to my taste either but I am happy that I listened to it as I do see this band mentioned quite a bit on RUclips, so now I know 😊
Never apologize for your feelings about a song. This is not for everyone. You have done some Sleep Token. Will has a cover of Chokehold that is amazingly good. You can hear him actually sing in a "normal" tone.
Same band will make you cry. Pain remains part 1-2-3
THIS
@@TheGamingWard there is a vid that has all three together and is a lyric video.. This is what needs to be played

@KennonRude oh lawd time to research! Lol thank you for the info!
You should listen to the one take vocal playthrough of this song, you can really hear the vocals and Will's insane talent!

Agreed.
If you listen to the one take vocal playthrough, prepare yourself. Dude is HOT AF 🥵

@@felipev4077 I believe it was during an interview The Charismatic Voice did with Will

I definitely wanna check this out soon. I know it was a bit shocking for me but I am impressed by those kinda vocals.
The vocalist, Will Ramos, does a lot of Sleep Token covers. The guy can sing too.
I gotta check some of these out. 😁
Always fun to watch people's first impression of this song XD

Seen when this vid came out and thought to myself "oh youre new here" welcome to the show
😂 thank you!
You'd be surprised to hear after this but Will Ramos is basically a golden retriever in human form. He's such a cool and down to earth sweetheart.
That's what a lot of people are saying! 🤔😊
He really is. He's kind of a awkward dork of a golden retriever AND I LOVE HIM FOR IT 😂
1. To the hellfire
2. The the hellfire one take vocal
3. Pain remains trilogy (get tissues)
This is the reaction channel way.
I'm gonna do these soon. I've been curious about this band again.. 🤨

The song is about envoking the demon Azrael/ pack making

How is it so hard for people to understand what will is saying..i can understand it all..
Because people hear screaming and their brain shuts it down. They don't take the time to understand and train the ears to hear past that.
