you can use the instant oats if you like i do when i make overnight oats the only difference is you cant let them sit in the fridge as long as you can like rolled oats. instant oats you need to eat in 48hrs vs rolled oats up to 5 days.
I tried this with 10% cream instead of milk and yogurt. It was soooo good

This was amazing!! I used a teaspoon of honey instead of maple syrup! And I used almond milk. Delicious!
