This was also my very first instinct when I found out about dynamic springs but I ended up making a future mechanized robobat character with like mechanized glowy magnetic joints to explain why they were disconnecting haha
Although this has been fun I think somewhere in this has a lot of potential in doing somewhat of a faster and easier system for some types of animation I like it
Dear onion skin, adobe animate cc (or flash since you have the CS4 version, if you still do) I was wondering if you could review adobe animate sometime because it has greatly been improved since you last reviewed it, for example, it finally has an automatic lip-sync, it now has a new form of rigging called layer parenting, which has a striking resemblance to toon boom's node editor with the vertical boxes which gives the art work thin lines both in the interior and exterior, you can connect them together with the digital string similar to the nodes. So please give it a try. Also please review Opentoonz again (not just the open-source version but the paid one too) it has had major improvements like animate cc since you last reviewed it, also review Tahoma too, it's basically an easier to use version of Opentoonz created by Jeremy bullock (a.k.a turtletooth) who is a large contributor to the Opentoonz developers and now has his own app to, it has all the Opentoonz features which are now easier to use which is a huge relief considering how steep Opentoonzes learning curve is with a bunch of new features currently not available in Opentoonz so check that out as well.
This is awesome definitely really interesting I need to play around with this thanks for this. I watched a channel called Oli and he's got some crazy stuff going on too. So much I don't understand it but cool lol
I am ridiculously excited about the possibilities of animating hair with this method
What would you say are the best numbers for the dynamic spring setting for animation?
I cannot get over how genius this is and how enjoyable it is to watch you fiddle around with the nodes and experiment with it as out as you go along!

Congratulations, you have figured out how to automate an inflatable tube man. I like it.
This absolutely comes in handy! thanks for these videos you are a blessing for the Harmony community.
This is actually a useful contraption! Onion Skin, big respect!
This is amazing! Animating cutout characters without IK is hard to belive in this kind of powerfull software
Dynamic springs are awesome, thanks for sharing this with us ^-^

My lecturer is going to love this! Thank you so much for this. I am going to try to animate a ferret's tail this way.
Brilliant!
I'm gonna try this right now!

This is incredible and I don't understand any of it!
I love when you push Toonboom
that was wild!! and really funny
Hair and fire animations with this would be rad!
You are awesome!!!
Thats awesome! I wonder if this could be useful for cloth simulation
Use moho
What drawing tablet do you use?
inverse kinematics sweetness.
Mx. Skeleton, your honor, it appears you are mostly made of femurs.
