  • Yoga Practices for Students to improve concentration & focus :
    1. Tadasana (Mountain Pose)
    How to Do It: Stand with your feet together, arms by your side. Distribute your weight evenly on both feet. Inhale and raise your arms overhead, interlocking your fingers and stretching upwards.
    Benefits: Improves posture, increases focus, and provides a sense of balance and grounding.
    2. Vrikshasana (Tree Pose)
    How to Do It: Stand straight, balance on one foot and place the other foot on the inner thigh of the standing leg. Bring your hands together in prayer position at your chest.
    Benefits: Enhances balance and concentration, strengthens legs.
    3. Balasana (Child's Pose)
    How to Do It: Kneel on the floor, touch your big toes together and sit on your heels, then bend forward, extending your arms in front of you.
    Benefits: Calms the mind, relieves stress and fatigue.
    4. Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog)
    How to Do It: Start on your hands and knees, lift your hips up and back, forming an inverted V-shape with your body.
    Benefits: Increases blood flow to the brain, helping to refresh and focus the mind.
    5. Bhramari Pranayama (Bee Breath)
    How to Do It: Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and place your index fingers on your ears. Take a deep breath in and make a humming sound like a bee while exhaling.
    Benefits: Reduces anxiety and anger, improves concentration.
    6. Nadi Shodhana Pranayama (Alternate Nostril Breathing)
    How to Do It: Sit comfortably, close your right nostril with your thumb, inhale through your left nostril, then close your left nostril with your ring finger and exhale through your right nostril.
    Benefits: Balances and purifies the nervous system, enhances focus and calmness.
