PART 1/2: Installation of Honeywell Wi-Fi thermostat RTH6580WF

Wi-Fi thermostat requires a new 2 wire cable to be run. Also I should mention this thermostat was for no charge after using the Nation Grid rebate due to it's cost being below $100. Also I should mention that in a previous condensing boiler installation the installer damaged one of my other zones wi-fi thermostat's cable by accidently hitting the cable with a hammer while installing cable staples for the condensing boiler's outdoor thermometer. By hitting it with a hammer he caused a short between the 2 wires thereby burning out the primary of the wifi thermostat transformer. After the boiler installation it was up to me to figure out why my wi-fi thermostat was not working. In this installation I ohmed out the cable after installing it to make sure I hadn't damaged it with my staples.
