Great comment, it couldn't have happened to a better guy!!! If I was a GM I would pay any amount of $$$ for FF, he is valuable in every way it's possible to be valuable!!!!
I'm not a dodger fan. But that was an incredible moment. He lived the dream of every person in the U.S. who has played baseball since they were 5 years old. The only moment that can top that is a World Series win. Congrats Freddie!
Years ago my husband and I went to Rome, Georgia to watch Smotlz rehab after Tommy John surgery; Freddie was playing on that farm team and my husband said he will be coming up to the Bigs; some time later we were at Turner Stadium on his first night with the Braves. He’s amazing.
As a Braves fan I miss him! But I was born is Southern California and grew up in Georgia but if the braves don’t go far I root for my home town and I’m so happy for Freddie and proud of him and the dodgers!!
Unforgettable. He's in his prime. You could tell he was ready for that pitch and he knocked it out of the field. What fun. Los Angeles is THE place to be with our team.
Did u see mookie jumping up and down it was stoic and the crowd wow something that fans of all baseball will remember forever thank you freddie dodger fan for life and for 71 years so far thank you vinny tommy and ek toro are smiling down
The walk off would have never happen if Shohei's double turn three bagger didn't happen in the bottom of the 8th help tie the game. The pressure was on for the GOAT to do something and he did with near miss home run but delivered.
@@ZionismFailure no actually this is facts. There is a ton of home runs in World Series moments but this grand salami will go down as the greatest of them all.
Listening to this guy he's definitely got a high baseball IQ. I don't live in any MLB city but my city does have one of their AA farm clubs (Tulsa Drillers) so will obviously be pulling for the Dodgers (and because I can't stand the Yankees).
A couple months ago,Yankee fans were saying how Judge was better than Ohtani and any other player on the planet, now their calling him a $40 million bum 😳
Ankle issues and no one was expecting much, so no pressure as if it was a big papi, not really a big cheering UNTIIIIIL YES! This is personal to me as I hate the Yankees Red Sox fan here 😂😂😂😂
Now I get it Freddie, u were trying to be Sho because Sho has been nursing before an injury that the public just found out in game 2 steal attempt. Yeah I knew something was off about Sho at the end of the Mets series. He held his back on some swings. He wouldn’t steal bases and a would not go home on contact on the rare blunder probably to avoid a collision at the plate. Shohei Ohtani’s World Series too has been muted, missing the Castro pitch that you did not and you Freddie being uncharacteristically more power swinging than usual knowing you and the others have to make up for Sho’s hidden condition. Even the one World Series hit that Sho got was with the always change up guy and he did not even hit it out of the park. Sho has had no velocities on his hits and is fouling off late pitches he should punish. This injury which was way before that steal attempt which just hurt(more) what was already hurt because Sho is swinging less than 100 percent since the middle of the NLCS. It was probably caused by his violent swings which produce 120 mph velos, but also with such power you can injure yourself plus Sho had never played in October so extra month of wear and tear. Sho is gutting it out 😮😮.
@@asiseeit2041 Here is the Yankees issue. Our manager. Freeman’s homerun was hit off a pitcher who last pitched on Sept 18th due to an elbow injury. And his fastball is not over 94mph, if that. And, we had one of our best lefthanded relievers warming up at the same time
100% CLASS! 100% LEGEND!!
Freddie Freeman is one of the best baseball players of all time. But even a better man.
Great comment, it couldn't have happened to a better guy!!! If I was a GM I would pay any amount of $$$ for FF, he is valuable in every way it's possible to be valuable!!!!
He is the best baseball player in the world right now and one of the best ever for sure, Yankee fans respect him very much
Freddie is a class dude

@@ArtOf8Limbs-mc2ok I’m from San Diego and a Padre fan for life. But then again, I don’t take sports that seriously.

It was an amazing match that was so moving that I couldn't take my eyes off it, like watching a good movie from the first match.

Love Freddie Freeman, he's the ONLY reason I want the Dodgers to win. Im an American League kinda guy!!
Braves fans miss him 🥹

You mean Tommy
There were many players and sequences that led up to this moment. I think Shohei gets enough attention & credit 😂
@@chinqlinq89 As a Yankee fan, I am sick of Gleyber Torres horrible defense
Freddie is obviously the current clear WS 2024 MVP. But of course a lot more game to be played at the time of this comment.
🤧🤧😱😱😱Freddie🎉🎉🎉💪💪
He is the MVP of the game 1. Amazing end of the game. This will drag the Yankees. Let's go Dodgers!
Luv this guy
Freddie is Brave at heart you can tell
He’s humble and respectful.
Top Candidate Right Now for WS MVP 2024. We shall see...
That’s interesting. I waited for it to be over and I can’t tell. Must be a lot of wishful thinking. But I’m not judging
The speed of his bat … wow.. Wooosh 🚀🔥⚾️🙏
All class
Since Freddie knows Kirk Gibson, poor Nestor knows Eckersley :/. but Let's Go Dodgers!!! Vamosssssss
That home run took the Yankees soul. They're gonna have a hell of a time trying to beat these Dodgers.
Freddie’s grand slam is the greatest home run in baseball history
But you only watched 50 games in your life.😂

That's where they lack. They feel as though they'll try to turn that page
If Manny can learn that lesson and make sure Tatis and Profar follow his lead, anything is possible.

Aren't library books free to borrow anyway?
