    Yes sireeee I’m 71 years old n that’s the best one man hitting performance I’ve ever seen n I saw Reggie hit 3 homers in one game n won the series but somehow Freeman was the mist dramatic homer or Grandskam in baseball history if u ask me boy !!!!!!

    Watching Freddie Freeman hit 4 homers and 12 RBI's in the series, Amazing. Watching Dave Roberts break Yankee fans hearts again, fantastic. Watching the faces of Yankee fans during the biggest meltdown in Baseball history in Yankee Stadium, PRICELESS!

    I'm so impressed with Dodgers' ability to overcome so many obstacles in this post season, from losing starters, to Freeman's ankle injury, to Ohtani's shoulder injury, etc. and still won the World Series. This is a special team and I'm so glad their hustle and hard work paid off in the end and became the World Champions.

    Bobby Richardson set the record with 12 RBIS in the 1960 World Series. That Series went the full 7 games. Freddie Freeman tied his record in just 5 games. Freeman's accomplishment is greater for that reason.

      Remember when he fired his agent because of how all of that went down? The Braves asked for an answer in a certain amount of time. They didn't get it. They had to make a decision. It wasn't the money. Nobody in that organization wanted to see Freddie go to LA.

    • @JohnnyGingy
      @JohnnyGingy 20 дней назад +1

      Nope. It was his agent that screwed it all up, he lied to Freddie and he fired him because of it.

    As a Dodgers fan i am so grateful to management for signing the hometown kid Freddie and im even more grateful to the Atlanta Braves for being THAT STUPID and cheap to not give him the 6th yr on the contract even though he wanted to stay in Atlanta. BWHAHHAHA 😂😂

    • @JohnMaxGriffin
      @JohnMaxGriffin 21 день назад +6

      Don't put that on the Braves. Our front office matched everything the Dodgers gave him and more. Freddie loved Atlanta but his home life pulled him back to SoCal. Still will be remembered as one of the great Braves players of all time and I appreciate every moment of success he has with the Dodgers.

      @@blessembreaksHad more to do with Freddie's agent trying to play both sides and put AA on the spot. Everyone hated the result; Freddie is still loved in Atlanta. It really didn't have much to deal with the money, it was more about Anthopoulos not negotiating with chiselers.

      @@MrBendylaw in the end y’all didnt budge from the 5th yr. Im not talkin bad about Atlanta fans u guys are great, but your management literally made the stupidest, cheapest decision and it wont age well. U dont treat your HOF’ers like that, especially ones that have come up thru your system

      @@blessembreaks Chipper Jones came through our system, played his entire career in a Braves uniform, retired, HOF, Freddie's best friend...
      His take? Why don't you look it up and learn something so I can stop typing. Anyway, I hate debating baseball fans from other teams; everybody's wrapped up in the laundry. But let me tell you this: when Freddie hit that grand slam, Chipper was whispering in his ear "That's a Yankee. You have to kill that".

    The Yankees lost the World Series due to Aaron Boone's mismanagement. He never changed his lineup. He had to move Aaron Judge to six at bat instead leaving him third at bat. Since the Yankees lost their second straight game to the Dodgers; Boone had to change his lineup and put Volpe 1st at bat, Torres 2nd at bat, Chisholm 3rd at bat, Soto 4th at bat, Stanton 5th at bat and Aaron Judge 6th at bat. If Boone would have changed the lineup as the one described above, the Yankees would have won the World Series! Nowadays, managing any MLB team by the "little book" as Aaron Boone did is obsolete! Especially, in a World
    Series where there is not tomorrow. If you are not sure about not managing with the "little book" because it is obsolete methodology, then you should ask Dave Roberts who brought Walker Buehrle in the 9th inning into the mound to secure Dodgers World Series
    Ring! ⚾️

    • @Majorkip
      @Majorkip 21 день назад +2

      If you believe that lineup change would win the series you're out of your mind. There was zero chance your 5 players batting sub .200 in the post season was gonna do anything against the dodgers. Even if it went to 6 or 7 games. The dodgers were NOT going to lose in dodger stadium.
