There are so many nice and correct guys in mlb baseball, but Freddie is on top of it.

Man. As a Mets fan, you need to tip your cap to Freeman. He truly is a class act and a great player. He should definitely be in the new backyard baseball

Im a rabid Dodger fan and I recall multiple playoff series vs the Braves, when my angst would revolve around when Freddie Freeman was coming up the next inning. I’m so glad he’s a Dodger now for many reasons, but not having to face him anymore is huge.

Love Freddie, but the media should’ve respected his private family things and not ask questions about the situation

I did know Freddie's story, especially his heart-wrenching struggle with every loving parent's worst fears realized when your child is fighting severe illness and death, as well as his father who loved him and baseball, and the loss of his mother at a young age to cancer, along with his struggles with injuries during the season. As soon as he hit that grand slam I was delighted that Freddie was the hero for the Dodgers and their fans in the first game of the World Series. It could not have happened to a nicer, more deserving player.
