"it's practice, it's playtime. It's NOT a test!"-Thank you for reminding us to have fun and not take it so seriously. Love this 30 day challenge, gives me something to look forward to in what feels like a lot of darkness right now.
Adriene, your dialogue with yourself: "get your money's worth" "I don't know what that means this is a free yoga program..." "I guess it means make the most of each movement" It made me laugh, and it put a smile on my face during the practice, and THAT was a much needed shift for me. Thank you!
Ms. Adriene, MY HEELS TOUCHED THE FLOOR !! I didn't think it would happen so soon. Since the first day ( whenever I'm not doing the actual workout ) I've been stretching all the time, and a lot before bed. And this morning I went into downward facing dog and all of a sudden they were on the floor and I was like "holy CRAP!!" I am so happy. Just thought I'd tell you and especially thank you for all of your work. Thanks for motivating me to come to the mat and put in work, and find serenity at such an early time in my life. I'm definitely looking forward to the next 25 days becauee of this small victory. Namaste.

Nasya Jackson good job Nasya! I'm still waiting for that day to come to me when my heels can touch the mat!
Any other teens challenging themselves with Adriene's amazing lessons?! I'm 16, and am going through a lot right now and yoga is helping me so much. Thank you for the journey, Adriene. :)
This is the first yoga channel I've found that, as a beginner, I know I'll be able to make yoga a daily practice without getting frustrated about where I am in the different poses. Extremely encouraging. Thank you!
I agree! I too several lessons, did videos but never felt content because I would just copy the poses but didn`t know what I was doing. I love Adriennes step by step approach.
Had to pause during my practice. "Get your money's worth...it's a free yoga program..*pure confusion on Adriene's face* so I don't know what that means." This girl kills me, makes me always feel welcomed and connected... THROUGH A VIDEO. Grateful for you Adriene, thanks for all you do!!!
Good luck!! I'm doing them in Spain, also under quarantine. I hope this craziness dissapears. Yoga with Adriene is helping me with getting things out of my mind, at least for a few minutes.
Linda Liriel God bless Italy, Spain and the world . I am in Egypt, currently under quarantine from 7 pm and actually I didn’t go out in a week so this is helping me stay sane with two kids and my husband working from home
I leave for school at 6, so that means I'm setting my alarm for 4 to get up and do the video, which seems crazy, but it makes me more serene and appreciative all day long. The challenge is awesome!
ron moger I've actually made a habit of vacuuming (is that even a word? haha) before doing yoga. Then again, i'm a student with a small apartment so i'm done in like 5 minutes ^^''
ron moger KNOW THE FEELING: had to stop half-way to vacuum, then continue. just kept thinking "I CAN'T FOCUS WITH THIS FLOOR GOING ON". so only choice was to stop and clean.
Adriene, I want to thank you so much for posting these videos at no cost to your viewers. I suffer from Crohn's Disease and during a flare (like I am in now), I am unable to go to the gym or do anything strenuous. Being able to practice yoga in my home with your smiling face every day not only helps me physically (calming inflammation) but mentally as well. The gift you've given us all is priceless. Thank you for your kindness, positive attitude, and generosity. God bless.
Wow, after doing lots of your videos I'm FINALLY at the point where it's getting easier!! 😱😍 I thought it would never come, haha For whoever is here today, hang in there! If i can do it, you can too!! All the best and may the force be with you all 😁😁💕💕 THANK YOU so much sweet Adrienne! I look forward to tuning in with you every day ❤
Day 5... I have never stayed with something for five days. I am overweight, and usually am sweating by the end of the video but I have found peace at the end of every video as I do them before I go to sleep to help me wind down. I wish I had found this sooner. But better late than never!
hello Adriene, maybe you wont read this because im kind of late to this series, but i justa wanted to tell you they are great. In this moments of life when we are alone in our home or with our family in times of the virus, it has been a great experience to start this seires, this yoga practice for me its my girst time enjoying it and it has reduce my anxiety, it has made me feel more alive and everythig. Just a big big thankyou to you! God Bless.
it's only day 5 and i'm already noticing my body getting stronger. the challenging poses get easier every day. it is encouraging and makes me want to continue practicing. thank you, adriene :-)
After 47 straight days of Yoga with Adriene today I finally went from high plank to low plank to upward facing dog without modification and without collapsing. This has been by far my most challenging thing to accomplish! Maybe it was Adriene's tiger pants. They make me happy!:)
I can't believe I found your yoga channel over a month ago and this is the first time I'm posting a huge thank you to you. The 30 day challenge came at the perfect time in my life. I'm a working mom of three and it's so hard for me to make it to classes. yoga was always a huge part of my life and I didn't realize how much it was missing until I reconnected to my mat thanks to your videos. It's not just the videos and convenience though. It's you. You have a true gift and make yoga fun, light, challenging, and inspiring. thank you, thank you, thank you. namaste to the moon and back.
I'm struggling to make it past day 7, so I keep coming back to this practice because it feels so good, engaging strength and pain relief at the same time - thank you Adriene ❤
I really appreciate how beginner friendly these are. Day 5 done and feeling completely eager to complete the 30 days and carry on to progress. Can hardly believe this is 5 years old, clearly a 30 day video made with heart and intention for your audience!
felt all out of alignment today and annoyed with myself...personally i'm glad this was a shorter video as i'm short on patience today! i appreciate you giving us all a help toward showing up, whether it's for 16 minutes or 36. for me, showing up is half the battle.
Thoughts for today? I am so glad I am doing this in my own home - I am so fat and out of shape and clapped out due to osteoarthritis and cervial spondylosis and a bursa on my right hip as well as neurological problems I couldn't get my elbow to touch my opposite knee. Doh! So glad no one is watching me. However I enjoyed yesterdays' so much I did it before doing this and have found that when warmed up I can actually do the neck rolls which I haven't before. I also do loads of stretch exercises throughout the day and also do between 30 and 40 mins on my treadmill at 3mph. I do ten walk fast 10 up a incline of around 8 then walk until I have done a couple of miles. 30 Days of Yoga? I think that although terrible at it I will do a lesson a day from now on. :) My daughter has printed me the calender but how to put my thoughts for the day into one word will be interesting. LOL x
I just read your comment and I think it's great. I sometimes feel limited or annoyed that I can't get into certain positions but it really is about doing it anyway and figuring out how best to do it. I love doing yoga (and all my workouts) at home. It's comfortable which "feels good".
Alli Law Thank you for your reply - I always feel afterwards though that I must be doing something right as I feel and am aware of my muscles and I too like you figure how best to do it. I love stretching and I hope that you benefit from Adrienes' yoga too, :)
Wow you're doing so much you should feel crazy proud! I have some flexibility issues myself so certain postures are pretty hard but I just try to forgive myself for not being able to do it knowing every little bit counts. You're going to do great!
I understand wanting privacy and you're really kicking into gear. Our yoga class has amputees, some who are over weight and some who are pretzels. The age ranges are from 4-90. The entertainment I provide is that I fall over often :) Try a class you'll be surprised who you see and that once people are in their practice, they're not paying attention to you (aside from the instructor) and that's why they're there. Adrienne is a great guide who always make me laugh to myself in my home even if I'm grumbling and shaking under my breath.
this is literally my goal. touching the met with my heels and also being able to touch my feet whenever i am sitting or standing lol. because i fail miserable at it.
I hate this pose with a passion. I’m trying really hard but my wrists and palms hurt. I will keep trying though bc I too want my heels to touch and I like the feeling that I am still showing up everyday.
I can finally reach my toes while standing, on a forward bend, and with legs straight!!!!!... I know this is not much news for most of you, but this was impossible for me to do before i tried yoga. Thanks Adriene! Looking forward to the days to come :)
I am practicing asana with these series of videos for the second time. Since the first time, several years ago, the gift of time and experience has brought me wisdom to "find what feels good" despite what Adriene is instructing in the video. For example, I listened to my body and knew that I wanted to modify the poses. Instead of downward facing dog, I chose extended childs' pose and to be on hands and knees, then a modified warrior in a lower to the ground position. I used my blocks. I chose to do what my body was calling for using the knowledge of yoga I have learned from Adriene and from other teachers over the years. Above all else, I was kind to myself. I believe that's what Adriene would want. I will continue on this path of choosing self-care and not forcing my body into shapes; I am a creator being with unlimited potential (and so are you), and I have the freedom to choose what I want and need to do for and with my body. To anyone who reads this, I hope you take a moment to recognize how beautiful, magical, and miraculous YOU ARE. You are enough.
Feel how it is to be alive today... This has a special, bitter taste today as by brother in law (father of 4 from 15 to 2 years old) took his life a couple days ago... I am so grateful I started this practice 2 days before this tragedy, it makes me feel a lot better each time. Thank you Adriene🙏🏼💙
I'm as stiff as a plank of wood right now but I'm enjoying every minute of this playlist. I'm trying to go from being a tree trunk to a stick of bamboo! Thanks so much from an Englishman :D
In Lockdown in 2020 and WHEWWWWWWW! Adriene is so encouraging - I never feel frustrated or angry when I can't quite get the pose, only that I am on a journey! so encouraging! I love reading the comments after each session and seeing the journey we are all on together! thank you Adriene!
This series is really good, but can we just take a moment to appreciate how much Adrienne has grown as an instructor since this time? Coming from the more recent 30 day challenge to this, it's really cool to see how Adrienne here is still working on the flow of instruction/ wording / seeing yoga as the gentle thing she teaches it to be today. It's just so good to see someone so wonderful as she is grow in confidence and grace with herself and it honestly inspires me so much 😭 I'm so grateful to her in so many ways.
I've noticed that too! I started with Home and came back here afterwards, and I feel like I'm experiencing time travel a bit to witness her just slightly more reserved. Still loving, kind, and encouraging certainly, but I can't help but notice that she's had a shift in her power and embodiment over the years. A beautiful life to witness.
Same here ! First time seeing her upward facing dog position I was like "omg how is it even possible" and today I took the pose just 1 second but it felt awesome knowing I can improve: ! :D
It is so refreshing to find a yoga teacher who is normal and makes you feel comfortable! Thank you Adriene, these videos allow me to start my day loose and energized.
Thank you adriene. I m a chef ı really have no time to go yoga classes. But 20-30 minutes at home its easy to spend time for myself. I feel much better each passing day. My back pain almost gone. I appreciate that.
How does it feel to be alive today, you ask? Well, at the start of 2021 being alive feels lonely, it feels repetitive and difficult. That doesn't mean, however, that I'm not grateful to be alive. Every day, one of the first things I do when I wake up is thank the universe for giving me a new day. Even in the times we're living and even when simple things like getting out of bed seem incredibly hard, there's a million things to be grateful for. Today, I choose to focus on the things I'm thankful for: my body for allowing me to do yoga, Adriene for being such a sweet and loving teacher, and the community we've built here for always giving me the motivation to keep showing up to the mat. If anyone is reading this in 2021, I wish you find the strength to keep moving through the hard times and I hope you find gratefulness in every breath. Treat yourself kindly. Sending you love and light. xx
Have not felt the desire often to engage via RUclips or any social media! Love this lady and all the positive comments! Helping me through many moons of life transitions! Thank you for sharing your gift with the world.
Day 5 done. I must admit I didn't have as much motivation this morning so I really connected with what you said at the beginning. The situation is getting worse here in Spain so even when I'm not feeling so great I'll continue to make myself follow your video first thing in the morning to at least start the day on a positive note :) Thanks Adriene
This challenge is my safe haven during lockdown #6 in Australia. This is my 3rd attempt to stick with it and I'm finally letting go for the sake of my mental and physical health. Adriene you're truly making a difference and I'm so grateful! It's amazing to have this accessible for everyone who wants to have a go- with whatever level they're on. You have a wonderful way to include us all in your practices! I'm so excited to challenge myself and learn to love my body more and more with this. BLESS YOU!!
May 2023. I started this series for the 4th ot 5th time since Adriene launched it in 2015. I found The 30 Days of Yoga Challenge the most beneficial for me e.g. for building strength and for overall wellbeing improvemnet, comparing to the next years' yoga with Adriene challenges. Nevertheless, love them all and I am grateful to Adriene and her team for their existence and work for a greater good.
I have been wanting to get into Yoga for many years, but never managed to. I’m very proud of just having completed my fifth day in a row today and I really look forward to tomorrow! I enjoy every single second of your practice. Thank you Adriene! 🙏🏼 You’re amazing! 🙇🏻♂️
I needed this today. I missedy day 5 yesterday and almost didn't go back to it today and I was in a bit of mood, but you are always a ray of sunshine. Thank you, Adriene
LOL! As you are asking us to stay light and not take ourselves too seriously, I saw two squirrels playing in the tree outside my window. Nature is a great reminder to us to stay playful. Thanks for all your hard work Adrian. I enjoy your videos very much. Namaste
Done! I brought my mat to work this morning and then crossed London after work with my mat, just to do the challenge tonight at my boyfriend's place. Creating an healthy, lovely and fun habit. Just 5 days and I'm loving it!
Adriene, will you keep this 30-day series on your channel? As I cannot start yet but will begin later in the month. Thank you so much for offering such a generous gift to us all!
+Night Shadow you dont need to stretch since yoga is technically stretching, but its good to do a few jumping jacks before you start in order to warm up the muscles.
+Night Shadow what kaitlin said is true but you can choose some postures if you feel that your body needs it to prepare you for any secuence. I mean nobody is the same so, some times you need some "extra love" in a particular spot. I particulary like to stay a couple of minutes in childs pose before doing anything because my low back is kind of special this days. A forward fold is good to start too. And you could do some stretching for the feet and hands specificaly as is no usual to put atention on those spots, thougt adriene tries to call the atention for those spots in some of the secuences. 🙂
i finished day 5 of doing this challenge and this was the hardest day for me for some reason. i was very off the whole time, breathing way too heavily, and it just made me extremely frustrated. but i finished it, and im determined to keep going, because if I don’t then I’ll be depriving myself of something awesome. thanks for keeping the determination in me, Adriene!
Just want to say a massive thank you, Adrienne, for these fantastic videos. I am really enjoying them and enjoying getting back in to yoga after many years (back into any kind of active body stuff after many years!). I’m enjoying your whole demeanor throughout and really feel like I’m there in class with you practicing along with other people and chuckling and connecting with everyone as we go.
I am very inflexible and my muscles are weak and I really don't enjoy it while practicing yet, but my body tells me it needs this and craves it since day 2. If I can't do it in the morning, I will look forward to it the whole day for the feeling of having used my muscles in a good way.
Practicing yoga through your videos has really been a blessing in my day. I've tried other yoga videos on youtube, but your light energy truly sets you apart. (At least for me personally). I know i've said this before but truly thank you. It's really helped me so much.
I didn’t want to do today. I felt so lazy. Got myself on the mat and cried at the end from how much gratitude I had for doing today’s challenge and just gratitude for my life.
Day 5 was absolutely amazing! It's the first time I'm doing the challenge in the morning and it was just great! I did my practice under the window of my room and at the end of it, when my eyes were closed, I felt the first autumn rain on my skin. FEELING ALIVE AND GOOD! thank you Adriene! 💙🌷
I have done two 30 day rounds before this with another instructor. I really appreciate that you treat beginner not as weaklings but is still challenging. I feel I'm at a place I need to advance just slightly and I'm sure impressed and thankful for this free content. As a 45 year old man yoga has returned much of my quality of life back. Always had weak lower back issues. Supposedly I have a herniated disc and degenerative disc disease. Duh who doesn't. It's taken a few months not one or two weeks. But it's as if my body is bulletproofing itself and functioning as it was intended rather than my dumb ass pushing through. For years it took my breath to tie my steel toes. I've been sitting in a squat this entire text. Hahaha..Do it every day. If you miss don't miss twice.. know a huge reward will unfold only for those who know the importance of making time. To many of us watching we've lived half our lives already. I encourage anyone over 40 to get with it. Workout like our lives depend on it. It does.
I am so ready for my day now! Thank for this fun sequence. I've really noticed a shift in my attitude towards certain poses. Don't get me wrong, I love my yoga but there are some poses I do with less ease than others. Today I noticed I'm much more embracing of those poses. I'm just going with the flow.
I’m picking this series up after being stuck in Sydney’s lockdown for over 8 weeks, and I wish I started sooner. Such a great way to bring some energy back into my day ❤️ thank you for this.
I forgot to comment on day 4 yesterday. I'm trying to keep track of how every day feels. Today was short! I was like I want more. I struggle with balance with the warrior poses but they weren't too bad. I can feel my muscles in different areas that I haven't felt in a while. Loving this 30 day challenge
I only have a 3 hours of sleep, but I pushed myself even though my whole body is giving up. I promise I will take care of myself more on the coming days! :)
I love this channel! I do Adriene's morning Yoga when I wake up, the next day of the 30 day challenge afterschool, and the nighttime yoga just before bed. Day 5 really got my arms and legs working!
Before I start today, I want to say how much I appreciate you. I've tried so many yoga programs and always get frustrated with the instructor for being too extra. You're the exact right balance. I'm so glad I found these videos and have shared your page with everyone I know.
Adriene is literally the purest bean, just needed to put out to the universe how much I appreciate her and how amazing she is! Thank you Adriene, your videos have inspired me to live a healthier lifestyle :)
Adrienne, thank you for this! I have been looking on RUclips for over 2 years for a yogi I can follow, who works me hard but reminds me to take it easy if need be. You are by far the best RUclips yogi I have found! Thank you so much!
I am really enjoying this series. I've been practicing yoga off and on for about 10 years. I got started again using an app because I really don't have time to go to a studio. I came across your video series and loved your spirit and decided to put the app aside for now. Some of your poses are a bit challenging for me but already, here at Day 5, I am starting to see improvement. Looking forward to the remaining 25 days with YWA.
I've finished day 5. I must say I felt this day more demanding than the previous 2 days, but I did it and I loved the fact that I am feeling the strength, mobility, coming altogether. I also enjoy the meditation. Enjoy, people!! Looking forward to day 6 of this beautiful journey
I'm simply in love with this! Day 5 and it's getting easier AND my heels touched the floor! I. Ant believe this has happened already! Thank you so much Adrienne!!!!
One of the reasons why I'm here is Adriene because she's such an awesome woman I love that she knows not everyone is excellent at yoga and says it's okay if we are not that flexible.
Hi Adriene, its day 5 and I'm already in love with this practice and you lol. Its like relaxing with 30 minutes a day with you and not being worried about anything else. So peaceful, thanks so much.
Thank you Adriene and team. Shout out to all doing this February 2024 you are all awesome! 5/2/24
"it's practice, it's playtime. It's NOT a test!"-Thank you for reminding us to have fun and not take it so seriously. Love this 30 day challenge, gives me something to look forward to in what feels like a lot of darkness right now.
so true!
Husband and I both doing this in Alberta. (3rd 30 day challenge for us). Thanks so much Adrienne.
Adriene, your dialogue with yourself:
"get your money's worth"
"I don't know what that means this is a free yoga program..."
"I guess it means make the most of each movement"
It made me laugh, and it put a smile on my face during the practice, and THAT was a much needed shift for me. Thank you!
Fact. A lot of the stuff she says puts a smile on my face which is what I need hence why I’m doing it. It’s really great
Same here. She makes me laugh a lot.
Anyone in self quarantine and following this? Day 5 done! 🤗🤗

Any other teens challenging themselves with Adriene's amazing lessons?! I'm 16, and am going through a lot right now and yoga is helping me so much. Thank you for the journey, Adriene. :)

Good luck!! I'm doing them in Spain, also under quarantine. I hope this craziness dissapears. Yoga with Adriene is helping me with getting things out of my mind, at least for a few minutes.
We’re also under quarantine in the US and these videos definitely help with the long days!
Here in Virginia....same thing. I feel much better after I do the videos
I'm from Germany. Not quarantine yet but extreme social distancing. This helps me stay sane 😂
Holy moly. You rock.
Wow I'm gonna do that :D Major respect
lizrobinsga I get up at 4 too! It's the best time to do yoga. No ones up to interrupt me :)
Wow. Thats my goal but I dono if I can force my self up.
lizrobinsga that is super impressive *-*
I tend to only focus on these excercises when doing them, but if anything distracts me it's the thought of "damn, I really need to vacuum more".
hahahaha me too!!!!!
This had forced me to start vacuuming/sweeping every morning before i start. haha
every day I say that!
ron moger I've actually made a habit of vacuuming (is that even a word? haha) before doing yoga.

I can’t believe I almost skipped it because I was so tired. But I showed up for myself and I loved every minute of the practice. Namaste Adriene! ❤️🙏🏼
Since it is a start of 2025, to anyone reading this - happy new year, we got this!😄😊
Happy New Year 🎉
After 47 straight days of Yoga with Adriene today I finally went from high plank to low plank to upward facing dog without modification and without collapsing. This has been by far my most challenging thing to accomplish! Maybe it was Adriene's tiger pants. They make me happy!:)
I'm doing these whilst 'social distancing' in the UK. They are helping to keep me sane, thank you so much!
I am doing the same in Québec, Canada. We are « social distancing » but still connecting with each other !
Same here :)
Same here in Peru
Me too!
same here- love from Switzerland :)
These are also my words.
Thank you ever so much Adriene.
Yes,yes, yes. I feel exactly the same way. Mother of three, FT job, soccer injury, can't run:( doing this for me, taking it easy on myself. Well said!

I like the different lengths as on work week days may not have as much time.
kristenthejoy yes we have the same thoughts on this! :)
Shea TheUnicorn It is hard but later I feel so much better for doing it.
The downward facing dog feels really good. At the start of this series I hated it. I PROMISE YOU, ONE DAY MY HEELS WITH TOUCH THE MAT.
goalssss, you got it girl!
this is literally my goal. touching the met with my heels and also being able to touch my feet whenever i am sitting or standing lol. because i fail miserable at it.
my heels just reached the mat in the downward facing dog here :D
I hate this pose with a passion. I’m trying really hard but my wrists and palms hurt. I will keep trying though bc I too want my heels to touch and I like the feeling that I am still showing up everyday.
Me too someday
Day 5! My husband has joined me as of day 3. Yesterday we bought actual yoga mats. This is awesome
I’m doing these here and now, in 2023! I’ve got a ‘lotta love for Adriene ❤ and so much appreciation for her 🎉
I can finally reach my toes while standing, on a forward bend, and with legs straight!!!!!... I know this is not much news for most of you, but this was impossible for me to do before i tried yoga. Thanks Adriene! Looking forward to the days to come :)
This is huge wonderful news celebrate every success!
Day 5 successful
I’ve never been this consistent in anything
This yoga is actually helping me build consistency ❤️
Day 5 was nice ❤ who's here with me today completing this? Thank you Adrian for all you do to help us ❤
I am practicing asana with these series of videos for the second time.
So much gratitude for the practices. Am 65 and your yoga has helped me in every area of my life. God bless
Adrienne is so generous she still wants us to get the most for our money even if it’s a free practice. 🖤
Feeling alive in Day 5! Already feeling more flexible and it's only been less than a week! Definitely hooked!
Same here ! First time seeing her upward facing dog position I was like "omg how is it even possible" and today I took the pose just 1 second but it felt awesome knowing I can improve: ! :D
Célia Cha Awesome!!!
YES!
me too , this is great :) im soooo hooked
Yoga With Adriene can i do more then one session a day or is it one a day?
First time trying yoga since having cancer and multiple surgeries. I can't get all the way through every pose, but I try. Thanks for making it safe.
Ever since I've started this 30 day challenge I've been sleeping soooo soundly! Thank you so much!
Somehow. Whatever todays practice is … is ALWAYS exactly what my body needs.
It is so refreshing to find a yoga teacher who is normal and makes you feel comfortable! Thank you Adriene, these videos allow me to start my day loose and energized.
At the end of every clip I get so confused: “Is it over???” Because it feels like It hasn’t been more than 5min even 😁 I just love it, so relaxing 🥰
Exactly how I feel😁
this. ive always been disappointed on doing other workout videos since i feel theyre too long. now 30 mins feels nothing to me hahaha
Today a lot of excuses were in my mind but I did it. Day 5 done! thank you Adriene.
Same hahaha
Margeith Ontiveros she has 3videos related to yoga 30 days by any chance can you let me know the one which is continuation to this30 day series
5 days and feeling fantastic! no pinching in my lower back which used to happen a lot and sugar cravings are down :) see you again tomorrow
BLESS YOU!!
Just the fact that you make me laugh during the practice already makes you the best teacher out there! So refreshing and relaxing.
Social distancing in Norway- and learning yoga with Adriane- starting with this 30 day challenge - think you som much! Stay safe, everyone!
I needed this today. I missedy day 5 yesterday and almost didn't go back to it today and I was in a bit of mood, but you are always a ray of sunshine. Thank you, Adriene
Tack!
***** Thanks :)
Mary Wild Yes!
Yoga With Adriene are you soposto stretch before doing yoga and if so what are some good stretches?
Feeling so much alive thanks Adrienne!!❤️✨️
Perfect day 😍 Kids napping/quiet time, 3.5 mile run followed by day 5! I feel INCREDIBLE!!! 35 next week so glad I found you!
5 dayas into 2020 and I'm keeping up. First time trying yoga, can hopefully complete all 30 days.
I sincerely have so much love for Adriene because of what she does to help people. A true angel 😊 thank you 💛 namaste x 🙏
So exciting feeling me heels being a bit closer to the floor already!!
Thank you Adriene for making my days to the better!!! xx
This is so rewarding....it's all about arrival. Thanks Adrienne.
Thank you, Adriene, and to the whole community! A bit distracted today but I made it. I needed to feel alive today.
I only have a 3 hours of sleep, but I pushed myself even though my whole body is giving up. I promise I will take care of myself more on the coming days! :)
Enjoying your 30 day challenge so much! So glad you took the time to do this and offer it to us! I look forward to it every day! Xo
I love this channel! I do Adriene's morning Yoga when I wake up, the next day of the 30 day challenge afterschool, and the nighttime yoga just before bed. Day 5 really got my arms and legs working!
Its day five and I feel alive! Thank you beautiful Adriene... Namaste💖💖💖💖💖
Loving your channel Adrienne, working my way through this 30 days of yoga. Thank you 😊 x
Thank you so much!
yall i touched my toes today and my downward dog is getting a lot better!!! Eeeee much excitement
Doing this challenge for the third time. It has been a few years but I still love my mornings with Adriene.
Amazing stuff!
The best decision I ever made was to start this yoga program with you. Thank you, you've changed my life!
I’m loving these daily sessions, Adrienne and you make me chuckle!
If you’re still in Texas, hope you are safe and well 🙏
Today my heels touched the mattttt during the downward facing dog✨🎉 i'm going to celebrate it 😄 wish u all feel awesome today 💜💜💜💜
My heels touched the mat today during downward-facing dog!! It hurt like, a lot but I feel very accomplished!
I don't think there's anyone that can teach yoga better than u, thanks A LOT
Day 5---> Done^^
