@@coflyer2949 I sent them an e-mail outlining my intentions to sue them if those surg prices continued. I also told them that word of mouth would ultimately be there undoing. How absurd that anyone would ever pay more to ski/board in Az then you would for the best places in the west?
You gotta come back for back country and upper bowl. When they avalanche control it you can find big ruts that are a lot of fun to pop out of, still want to hit the back country too cuz that side looks crazy.
Snowbowl is awesome when its awesome. It can have spurts,especially at the beginning if season where snow is lacking, Bummed i missed the pukeage this season. Used to be home resort when i was nursing at FMC. Seems alot of the Locals can Be salty about the overcrowding from phoenix on weekends. Still my second favorite resort. You have to hit the GOAT though. White Pass WA. Washingtons hidden gem. Still independent too
