If most of these Long Covid people had just had access to EARLY treatment with repurposed drugs, they would not have gotten Long Covid. Kick down the viral load from DAY ONE and you’re ahead of the game. For me, taking HCQ and IVM with the FLCCC protocol, made my Covid illness a 3 day mild event and I’m an older woman. It’s critically important to treat this disease on DAY ONE of symptoms.

Unfortunately, medicine is a political endeavor, so no doctors will come out unless they have political backing. Doctors who have come out with this kind of information have all been stripped of their license by the pharmaceutically backed drug companies and their cronies in gov't and media. The only doctors I have seen come out are the ones who were either old enough not to care about their careers, or the ones who did lose their licenses so had nothing to lose by spreading the truth. Too many of the best doctors in the country lost their license for asking questions, and now those bright doctors around the world are banding together and pushing back, so that less people will die from COVID in the long run. Big pharma and healthcare is a broken system at this point, choosing to suppress truth seeking doctors, which is tantamount to negligence at best, homicide at worst, when you are covering up life saving medicines in favor of the vax.

Slow steady recovery until visiting Andrew Greenland in Aug 21, for Redlight/Supplements/diet etc therapy that really help over the following twelve months. Six weeks of serapeptise/Nattokinase at the end of 2022 really seemed to clean up whatever problematic thing was inside me and have made a dramatic almost full recovery since touch wood.

LifeWithKyle offers some great specific information on how he used Meditation to have a breakthrough on Recovery when he experienced Post Exertion Malaise. His main idea is that the Fear of onset Symptoms causes the Body to go into Fight or Flight mode, exacerbating the Symptoms. Instead, he discusses how he reframed PEM to be more Accepting of what was taking place and examining how he felt about it. In a sense, giving himself PERMISSION to be sick. Eliminating his Fear of the Symptoms calmed his Nervous System and helped to Prevent Symptoms.
JUST ROB and Raelan Agle had similar Attitude Adjustments that helped them recover from Long COVIDand CFS respectively.
The Mind is a very powerful thing regarding its effect on the Body. I believe Long COVID, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ME, Fibromyalgia, Post Lyme Disease, POTS, and MCAS are chronic dysfunctions of the Immune System that are the end stage results of Chronic Stress.
In addition to becoming a Student of how to reduce Chronic Stress through Improved Sleep Habits, BREATHWORK (Andrew Huberman on the Physiological Sigh), and Meditation, Recovery also requires becoming a Student on Pacing, to give the Body time to properly recover before the next Training Session, as well as a Student of Proper Nutrition, FASTING, and Supplementation to reduce inflammation, properly supply the Body with Essential Nutrients to prevent or correct deficiencies, and Optimize the Immune System.

Have to add something here regarding athletes appearing to be more affected. I am not the athlete now at 70, I was until 50ish, but not to the iron man degree. I have long covid, and been referred to this states Long Covid clinic. Can’t get in, two doctors working one afternoon a week. That schedule is the problem and there doesn’t appear to be the interest Dr. Vaughn has, so pretty helpless here in this state, Colorado. This channel and the information has helped me inch forward and finally have hope, utilizing the information from Gez and his guests. Dr. Vaughn, by far, is tackling the far end of LC and not still stuck at the beginning of Covid, etc. There is a strong focus on recent Ironman type athletes and I am wondering if they get more attention because their lifestyles, vs people like me, older and we get put aside just for that reason. Not accusing here, but it’s a thought worth consideration and probably plenty of others my age, who also have LC but our doc’s don’t specialize in it and refer out. If this clinics are not actually up to speed, then we are on our own. I don’t know what I would have done without this channel and Gez and now Dr. Vaughn. I am improving after one month of switching from 1000 units Vit-E daily, which was like a pain reliever pre-Covid, to Tocotrienols @300 mg daily, along with Nattokinase/Serrapeptase @ 3000FU a day. A real difference in endurance, improving mental clarity, improving energy, and pacing with better sleep. Just want to share this with those who don’t fit the triathlete type, but still suffer w/LC and older. Thank you Gez and Dr. Vaughn for offering information and options to try. Doubt I am the only one and hope others begin to recover! Love Dr. Vaughn’s approach to cleaning up the mess and learning what got us here after getting some solutions to recovery! ❤ to all sufferers.

Then I challenged him as to where he got HIS information. That connection to Mast Cell Activation and connective tissue and vascular inflammation. Maybe pairing up with mast cell and connective tissue experts for trials and research.
Blurred vision, inflamed veins, neurological to the point of presenting as mild dementia, environmental exposures inflaming all the blood vessels causing pain and dysautonomia with sweats and blood pressure not regulating.

I think many people in a position of finding "what the Sam Hill is going on" continue to look for the best-lighted path even though that is where everybody else goes, and they never found the answer. To those who do not take the risk of failure comes the risk of more likely failure. The task is to solve a deep mystery, not to try to make the solution fit what has already been tried.

thanks for sharing your experience, bob. really. i'm sure i'm not alone in saying i'm right there with you (minus the family stuff). i keep coming back to these videos a few times a week hoping i'll find the ones that apply to me and give me some clear steps to take. This is purely anecdotal, but i recently got my hands on an injectable blood thinner (heparin?), 2 syringes, and for 2 days i was able to taste food again for the first time in 3 years. I consider it a minor victory but it at least gave me some hope and helps me continue my pursuit of any possible treatment. good luck to you. gene

In reference MRIs and small chronic ischemias, how would I get neuros and Drs onboard with that kind of treatment when it IS overlooked due to being younger or it labeled as "normal"?
I was one of the original infected with Co19 and still have major LongC. Another question is because of the effects to vascular and coagulation, does LC weaken arteries overtime? I had a VAD in January 2023 after a chiro visit and instincts are telling me LC was also to blame. I had an MRI due to the VAD and feel gaslighted when i bring up the small chronic ischemia in my brain.. Help

I am 72 years old and made it through covid without masks and social distancing because I never believed it and simply trusted my ammine system. In August of 22 me and my wife got covid (I tested the both of us) but very mild cases in my view. We recently moved to SC in Feb of 2021 and I was having a great time both of us very active building things and enjoying our retirement. After my covid illness the only way I can describe it is I feel everyday and getting worse, like I weigh a thousand (1000) pounds. I have had some good days but always exhausted and quite irritable and am fighting it as hard as I can. I have been to doctors and when I tell them my problem they tell me it was from the covid but have no diagnosis or cure. Can you help direct me to someone near Conway SC That could help me like you do for your patients. I'm so glad I found you on you tube and are very thankful and blessed to find you. Thank you for everything you do.

I didn't have all of my COVID meds such as ivermectin, nebulizer, vit D, C, quercitin and the rest. I was never bedridden so I didn't think it was COVID bit here I am 6 weeks later with a persistent cough. My doc said it is bronchitis but it's not. I have started Nattokinase and other supple, ents but I want to go to Alabama to see Dr. Vaughn because the docs in my area are daft.

Thank you, Gez, for your videos!
The only thing I wish to point out is that PEM/PESE is part of the symptomatology of more than 40% of LongCovid patients. This means that for us advice like "go out of the house to take sun" or going towards some normality or any activity to boost immunity is not possible, not without serious relapses that can leave us bedridden. Many of us have rashes from sun even with sunscreen, sunlight can trigger sensorial sensitivities, we cannot regulate body temperature, and even dressing up or eating leaves us in extreme pain.
Also, as someone with autoimmunity due to Covid-19, it works better when my immune system is not boosted.
I would like to get back to some normality, but other than Stop. Rest. Pace, nothing else works. Looking forward to seeing research narrowing on mechanisms, biomarkers and treatment.

Unfortunately the problem with any advice is that the severity of the condition is on a spectrum, so what is good advice for someone on one end is terrible for someone at the other end - makes it very hard saying anything generally useful!

great video and great questions. thank you. look forward to the follow up. After my 2nd infection, I exercised 3 times in 2 months, then saw the widespread advice to let your body rest extra long. So I waited 1 more month and at the end of 3 months started to ramp up exercise. I was doing well for about a month then I started to come down (5 months after 2nd infection) with frequent malaise and flu-like symptoms and abdominal pain/gastrointenstinal issues. I wonder if the exercise brought these on or if they were going to happen anyway. Sadly, I've had to stop exercising

I had covid back in 2021 and it lasted very long. Then after going to the ER many times they said i have long covid. Racing heart , fatigue, nausea, weak muscles, etc.... after abiut 7 months i started getting better with the fatigue, and was on BP meds for racing heart. Seem to be doing better but not able to work out anymore. As i
am a ex athlete and dont perform anymore but am very active. Or was active befire covid. Now this last year in December got sick again and think it was a new strain of covid. Had very bad fatigue and muscle weakness the worst ive ever had was very scary. Alonf with racing heart and i knew this was covid or long covid relapes. I am doing better, but this round i have alot of body pain and my right leg is always bothering me. Muscle weakness if i do too much, but not as bad as the beginning. I did have the symptoms of dysautonomia for sure but they are getting better. But it's the dont feel good every other day. No energy. And then i injured my knee i guess doing practically nothing, now its hurting along with my hip and foot if the right leg. I feel like its vascular as my leg hurts if i keep it bent to long in a weird position. I feel the tightness in that leg and see my veins more prominent. I dont know what else to do, my doctors are helping me, but only to keep me comfortable they dont know any treatments. I am doing everything from the flccc protocol. Ive done ivermectin this 2nd time of covid and it seem to work. But i still have this vascular issue i think thats causing the weakness in my legs. I dont know but i hope it goes away. I am getting very uoset and concerned i will not recover. I wish i had a dr. Like you dr. Vaughn it would be nice to have someone try medication or treatment of some sort. Gez has been so helpful to me and i have gotten all my info from his videos and people he has interviewed. He has been a blessing to us all. I am taking aspirin and thats it for blood thinning. Have you tried an alkalising diet to shift blood pH towards greater alkalinity because hypoxia ( due to poor vascular perfusion and micro clots ) shifts it towards abnormal acidity ? These 2 changes plus low histam8ne diet ( helps dial down Mast Cell Activation ) and finally get some sunshine...that'll boost immune system , regulate inflammation ( bt vit D production ) and raise dopamine and estrogen levels making you feel good !
