I appreciate the video... but the camera man is either standing by a water feature or it sounds like they may be chewing... it is quite frustration for someone like me that only focuses on odd sounds once I notice them. I would like to recommended a pedestal for your camera. I would really like to watch the rest of your video but that sound is making it difficult for me to do so. GOOD LUCK!!!

Thanks - I was looking for a "smothered" pork chop dish with sauerkraut - this looks like it! I used cream of mushroom soup since that's what I had on hand. Just put it in the oven, but I'm sure it will be yummy.
I just had supper using mushroom soup and it was fine, but I'll buy pork gravy for another time......and will use more sauerkraut in either case.....and not overcook the pork.

why use the kraut if you are going to contaminate the taste with gravy? Garlic also contaminates the flavor of the kraut. Use all the juice

I make that with country pork chops and Bavarian Sauerkraut.
Not a fan of sauerkraut but I always liked fried pork chops with the sauerkraut cooked in the fried pork chop drippings
