@@ALLDAYANTHONY good to see some more Civic videos dude! Can't wait to get mine road legal again, got to rebuild brakes, replace an engine mount, do CV boots and pull a dent out of it 😂 Just a weekend's worth of work!
If you want to replace the rear shifter bushings, try using a blowtorch to burn out the bushing and then hammer it out when it’s still warm. I had the same issues when replacing my cars control arm bushing and the blow torch helped out a lot!
When I did my V6 swap in my 6th gen civic back in 05 or 06, I went with the Hybrid Racing shifter kit. Totally changed the feel of the car, before that, I was using just the stock 06 accord shifter. Looking at these new shifters from Hybrid and K Tuned, I only imagine the difference now.
Another great video for the home wrenchers! The steering wheel and shift knob (shifter kit) are such tangible mods that give you a good driving experience, and the car sounds good too. Looking forward to the next one.

I always thought people exaggerated the effectiveness of simple mods like this...until i put a short throw in my 00 Si. It really does make a considerable difference. When i did mine it was at the tail end of my mod list, so maybe it made everything else just work better together. Stage 2 clutch, Jackson Racing Supercharger w/ 8psi, 4-2-1 DC headers, and a huge list of other bolt ons...then i put the shifter kit on there. Holy shit did it ever make a difference!!
