Fabulous! I love walking and weights together. Maybe next time, and bit longer. Also, more stomach workouts involving weights. I was able to do this with the 5lb weights the whole time. Last year, I could only manage 3lbs. Now in some workouts, I can handle 8lb weights. My upper body strength is pretty weak, so I'm desperately trying to buildup my upper body. Thanks, Tiffany. This is the perfect morning workout for me! I did it today and loved it! I’d love to continue to see these 15mins workouts. They are so easy to slide into different parts of my day and don’t make me feel overwhelmed
Great timing! I just said to myself, my little girl and I are organised for bed early tonight so I would do an extra 15 min walking exercise! Love a strength and resistance workout, it's a MUST for us, especially as we age! Great boost for the body! Thank you❤
