    Hi, thank you for the video. I have a question: I tried the mocha cake and I used 6 in diameter x 4 inches height round cake pan. The instructions are easy to follow, but after it’s baked, it didn’t get to the height you had on your video. The total height of my cake came out only to be around 2 inches (5 cm). I feel like I did something wrong, but I followed the recipe exactly... please help. Thank you

    2:39 I can't agree more with this , I used a spatula on my first try of making a normal genoise and deflated my eggs trying to get a homogenous mixture , my genoise didn't fail but it was not so spongy

    Hi,thank you for you detail information. I always have problem mixing a whole egg method,so I really would like to try your tutorial. It says 150 - 200 watt we should go high speed and 300 watt medium speed. Can you suggest on what speed I should use on my 250 watt hand mixer ? It has 5 speed. Thank you in advance
