The instructions are easy to follow, but after it’s baked, it didn’t get to the height you had on your video. The total height of my cake came out only to be around 2 inches (5 cm). 네 맛차이는 크지 않지만 식감은 차이가 나고요. 수분감도 약간 차이가 납니다. 저는 요즘 공립법 보다는 반별립법을 애용하고 있습니다. 시트가 좀더 탄탄하고 좋습니다. 흔한 레시피인 공립법은 아주 촉촉하여 좋기는 하지만 의외로 실패 하시는 분들이 많습니다. 컨벡션 오븐인데 그러면서 가스 오븐인가요? 가스오븐인데 팬이 있어서 열을 순환시킨다는 말씀인가요? 제가 그런 오븐은 본적이 없어서요. 앙튼 가스오븐이던 어떤 오븐이던 시트 세개를 한번에 구울때도 온도오 시간은 같습니다. 대신 오븐의 열이 고르게 전달된다는 조건하에서요 ^^
2:39 I can't agree more with this , I used a spatula on my first try of making a normal genoise and deflated my eggs trying to get a homogenous mixture , my genoise didn't fail but it was not so spongy
Jenny Liang The whole egg method (sugar, butter, eggs and liquids first and in that order) generally provides less volume and therefore often has a leavening agent like baking powder. She makes her cakes using a method that is almost the opposite of mine. Her results are really wonderful, though. I am thinking of baking the same cake recipe with the two different methods for comparison. I may end up changing my own for hers 😊. And she works so cleanly 🥰🥰🥰
