This song has opened my eyes to how Feathertail's sacrifice was much more than painful for Crowpaw. When I was reading the novel originally, I was so caught up in the Feathertail and Crowpaw relationship, I had dismissed the fact that Stormfur was even there. Feathertail's sacrifice is truly one of the greatest deaths in the novel, I believe, but not because of Crowpaw, no, because of her brother and what it meant for them, their past lying out in front of her paws. She wasn't sacrificing herself to save everyone. She was protecting her brother. That's what I find amazing. She loves her brother more than her own life, if it meant he'd lose his. The bonds of the Silverstream and Graystripe family just..... Astonish me.

Before i even started reading the third book me and my friends made warrors ocs, mine ended up being a she-cat nammed Longtail (not related to the tabby tom Longtail) My friend ended up saying she looked like silverstream and i agreed, from then on we just made it so my oc was the forgotten daughter of sivlerstream and graystripe, so when i saw this for the first time i was hit with the feels. (just incase you're wondering she is the deputy of Thunderclan, the friend who said my oc looked like silverstream is redstar the leader of Thunderlan x3)

Fun fact. This very song here started my journey into warriors. This song was something I listened to over and over again. And.. videos about Warriors popped up in my recommended. Already curious about this stuff through this song, I clicked. I believe that second video was another song or a video by TenelleFlowers. Eventually, after gaining knowledge about the books I requested my mother bought me the first series. Well.. I got in over my head and she bought me all the series up to Omen of the Stars. To this day, two years later, the box sets of those books line my bookshelf, some damaged from how careless I was and some never been touched. A year into it two super editions joined them. Tallstar's revenge and Yellowfang's secret. Without Blixemi, I'd have never found warriors. Never finding warriors meant I'd never have found Amino and would never have joined a warriors community. If I never joined that community I'd never have met one of my best friends. I love her so much. And I'm so thankful for Blixemi. Although I'm falling in and out of the fandom, I'm going to try and read all the books I have but I might stop there. Warriors seems to have gone downhill some. But I still have love for it regardless. I want to thank you, Blix, for everything. You are the reason I have one of the most amazing friends ever. 💛

I think reading Feathertail's death was the hardest I ever cried while reading the books in the series, at least up to where I am in the series now.. I was reading the book in school, after having gotten all my schoolwork done & I just started silently bawling. I still remember when I read about Feathertail's death. Usually deaths in books are super sudden to me, so my brain relies on the reaction of the characters to actually realize what happened. So it technically wasn't her death, it was mainly everyone else's reaction to it. (For example: WARNING THIS CONTAINS SPOILERS FOR THE HARRY POTTER SERIES, even though it's been out for years.... Sirius' death. Harry's reaction almost seemed to finish the puzzle and I realized what had happened, then I tried holding in tears during class.)

But when Jason died I was tearing up. I already knew he died, and was expecting it and everything. But the line where the emperor stabs Jason’s already dead body and Apollo has the thought, “...which removed all hope that our friend was still alive”, it broke me. I also couldn’t handle it when Piper’s dad walked up to them all crowded around his dead body on the beach... Jason’s death is one of the only deaths in a book I’ve ever cried about.

Wow, not only does this take me back to when i first read Moonrise 8 years ago (the second warriors book I read because I thought Midnight was the first book lol), but it also sends me back to my first job. I was 16 when this song came out and I was working at Panera. It was a lot of stress on a high school student, and I always listened to this after work or school. This just hit me with feels. Before i even started reading the third book me and my friends made warrors ocs, mine ended up being a she-cat nammed Longtail (not related to the tabby tom Longtail) My friend ended up saying she looked like silverstream and i agreed, from then on we just made it so my oc was the forgotten daughter of sivlerstream and graystripe, so when i saw this for the first time i was hit with the feels. (just incase you're wondering she is the deputy of Thunderclan, the friend who said my oc looked like silverstream is redstar the leader of Thunderlan x3)

Theres a few people at my school who are like "wArRiOrS iS sTuPiD" even though they've never read it. And they're people who bully me daily.
They are idiots. Warriors is probably better than whatever kids read these days. (Oof I sound like a boomer even though I'm like 10) I much rather warriors over some other dumb book series (animorphs is an exception cause it's also great) like one of those diary of a minecraft zombie or whatever the hell they're called.

Wow, this is so good! It fits the book perfectly. It's good I found this song after I read this chapter in *Warriors: The New Prophecy #3: Dawn!* Still, the "I can feel my heartbeat racing, I don`t know this is my place, and yet I feel inside I must die for you to survive. My brother I, I love you so more than you know. It's time to go but you won't ever be alone." is awesome! If it was Feathertail`s point of view in that chapter, I bet it would be the same. Fun fact. This very song here started my journey into warriors.
This song was something I listened to over and over again. And.. videos about Warriors popped up in my recommended. Already curious about this stuff through this song, I clicked. I believe that second video was another song or a video by TenelleFlowers.
Eventually, after gaining knowledge about the books I requested my mother bought me the first series. Well.. I got in over my head and she bought me all the series up to Omen of the Stars.
To this day, two years later, the box sets of those books line my bookshelf, some damaged from how careless I was and some never been touched. A year into it two super editions joined them. Tallstar's revenge and Yellowfang's secret.
Without Blixemi, I'd have never found warriors. Never finding warriors meant I'd never have found Amino and would never have joined a warriors community.
If I never joined that community I'd never have met one of my best friends. I love her so much. And I'm so thankful for Blixemi.
Although I'm falling in and out of the fandom, I'm going to try and read all the books I have but I might stop there. Warriors seems to have gone downhill some. But I still have love for it regardless.
I want to thank you, Blix, for everything. You are the reason I have one of the most amazing friends ever. 💛

I think reading Feathertail's death was the hardest I ever cried while reading the books in the series, at least up to where I am in the series now.. I was reading the book in school, after having gotten all my schoolwork done & I just started silently bawling. I still remember when I read about Feathertail's death. Usually deaths in books are super sudden to me, so my brain relies on the reaction of the characters to actually realize what happened. So it technically wasn't her death, it was mainly everyone else's reaction to it.
(For example: WARNING THIS CONTAINS SPOILERS FOR THE HARRY POTTER SERIES, even though it's been out for years.... Sirius' death. Harry's reaction almost seemed to finish the puzzle and I realized what had happened, then I tried holding in tears during class.)

But when Jason died I was tearing up. I already knew he died, and was expecting it and everything. But the line where the emperor stabs Jason’s already dead body and Apollo has the thought, “...which removed all hope that our friend was still alive”, it broke me. I also couldn’t handle it when Piper’s dad walked up to them all crowded around his dead body on the beach... Jason’s death is one of the only deaths in a book I’ve ever cried about.

Finally a song not about feathertail and Crowfeather. I know how hard it was for Crowfeather but Stormfur and feathertail were siblings had a bond like no other. Remember when Stormpaw wouldn’t let Darkstripe and Blackfoot kill Featherpaw? When Tigerstar tried to take over the whole forest? That just proves the bond they had. I love feathertail and Crowfeather but it’s nice to see a song showing feathertail and stormfurs bond.

Wow, not only does this take me back to when i first read Moonrise 8 years ago (the second warriors book I read because I thought Midnight was the first book lol), but it also sends me back to my first job. I was 16 when this song came out and I was working at Panera. It was a lot of stress on a high school student, and I always listened to this after work or school. Now I'm almost done with college and I still read warriors and listen to your songs! Thank you Blixemi!!

Feathertails death actually saved the clans, if she didnt sacrifice herself Crowfeather wouldnt have Leafpool and their kits. She was the bravest cat in the books, there's no doubt in that.
