Everyone is saying how this song relates to blue star and while it does, I can’t stop thinking about Britlefrost in alight in the mist trying to escape from death but then, in the end, choosing it.

i stopped reading warriors two books into the new series (couldnt afford the books :( ) but one day i googled what happened in the arc and i literally cried when they said bristlefrost died without even knowing how she died yet. she was my favourite in that arc. i barely know her but i will definitely miss her

As a religious person, this song spoke to me more than many of the ones you’ve made. The vocals, the music , the art- all of it pieced together perfectly. This is a beautiful song, and it gave me hope ehen I needed it. Thsnk you.
gods, this can apply to so many cats, Bluestar, Mothwing (in some ways), definitely Jayfeather, possibly blackstar if you dig deep enough in a sense of the series but this has such a beautiful message of getting through the struggle of losing yourself or a loved one and finding the strength you once lost again to keep pushing

@@rowanisntreal hello! :) To be honest, when I wrote that comment, I had no idea what this song is about, but now I have a bit more of an idea after listening and re listening to this. For me, it seems like it's about Needletail singing about Violetshine leaving and all the guilt she's facing because of that. The drowning car and the sillhuoettes look like Needletail as well^^

Since the title of the video is “Starclan inspired original song” I figured it was just about Starlcan as a whole. Like the journey of a cat who lost a loved one and is now going to see them again in Starclan.
But that’s just my take on it, I don’t really know for certain.
Also because I haven’t started reading A Vision of Shadows yet, so you guys might be right and I wouldn’t know.

It makes me think of a friend who passed away 3 years ago. It was sudden and that is never how you want to lose someone you love. This song helps me work through my feelings even now.

Oh my gosh. I cannot believe the meaning of this song for me just hit me. My bff is going to a different middle school than me and I was heart broken on the last day of elementary. This song relates to me so much.
As someone who just lost someone important to me from a rough situation, the timing of this song’s release could not have been better. This song is perfect ❤️ it’s been a while since we’ve heard your talents, but it’s clear to see why because this must have taken so long to get to this point. It’s definitely paid off and I’m so happy you exist Blix ☺️ (who knew warrior cats songs would hit so hard for me lol)

i remember us fans in the rewind a few years ago theorizing about which character this song would be written about, but even though it kind of resembles Bluestar in the (beautiful) pv, I think this song is supposed to be a general song about loss in the books, and how the warriors learn to cope, and how eventually at the end all warriors make peace with the deaths of their clanmates. the pv is absolutley amazing, i love how the teardrop falls, the transitions are giving me goosebumps. im so glad to have been a blixemi fan for this long, i can still remember getting home from middle school and running to the computer to check if a new blixemi song came out, and now i feel the nostalgia like being a middle school kid again, getting excited over a new blixemi song- i guess some things never change :)

That's actually relatable to people, including me. Some people might have lost a family or a friend and dealing with other personal stuff, while others are just wanting for the world to go back to normal. For me, it's about family and friends, my mother passed away a few years ago, and then her childhood friend, then my dog. After I had to put down my dog I wasn't doing so good, I was grieving to much but I'm doing better now. I wasn't able to graduate my last year of high school so my dad made me go through it for another year. Now that we can actually physically enter I'm doing better there as well.

I remember listening to "what you can not see" and thinking: what a silly song, I will love this chanel! I did, but never in a way could imagine. You have grown so much, and listening to chameleon, ill fly, ill be complete most of all; you are changing, growing more serious. Yet I can still see your silliness and caring. What I am grabbing at is that even with everything strange and changing for me personally, your change is a serious and comforting change. Everyone says this, but I mean it when I say thank you. Maybe I can find my way, dark thoughts and blood behind me.

i keep trying to figure out who this song is about while forgetting that it’s just general - i’d narrowed it down to Mothwing dealing with Leafpool’s death or Squirrelflight dealing with the loss of her sister (Leafpool)

This song hits on a different level for me. I've lost so many people that it stopped hurting. But now that I'm losing people who care about me just as much as I care about them that feeling of detachment is gone. Hearing this song reminds me that yes I'm losing them now. But I can find them again. I understand hearing voices but no melody. But listen closer and you can hear harmony. Choices can make things seem unclear but look closer and there is clarity. Spending time to do things that normally would scare me has helped me grow. Blix thank you for creating 2 new songs that I feel I am a part of.

Been feeling all these lyrics for 4 years now. Sucks. People say pain passes with time. But they are wrong. Time only makes the pain go away a little, not fully. Like giving you a scar. Hence when someone says "what happened has scarred me" they will never forget it and they will always be hurt when their mind brings it up. I used to cry every night and be scared all day at school because I was scared of the kids using me as a toy. It took so long to see that they were using me as a toy and it took time to realize my true state of mind. I no longer cry about what happened, or at least not as often, and I used to think the move my parents chose from Georgia to Florida would be good. What I learned when I went back to school this year is that you can't run away from your struggles. If you try to avoid them you might only make them happen somewhere else. I have been scared of kids so long I taught my mind not to trust any boy at school unless they show kindness as their first move. It's hard but I know I have to deal with things alone. I can't find a solution alone, but any given solution never will work because I will not be able to avoid my parents' annoyingly impossible to answer questions. Life sucks but I hope others get better while I am stuck in stone as I wait until I know a solution to move like everyone else can.

Ok, this took a few laps around my room to pull together, this is officially my FAVORITE song!
