The part where she drowning and all her kids jump in to save her, even Mosskit almost made me cry😭. That was so beautiful and I can’t imagine how long such a masterpiece must have taken
The details of Frostfur comforting Goldenflower is heartwarming 🥹❤️ and the details of Bluestar feelings and when she went to see the starclan after swiftpaw death where the starclan cats were shown,I see the cats she care about,even Rosetail and Goosefeather! And the details of Mosskit showing her mother! So amazing 😭❤️
Ouhhh I think one thing I really love about this is how bright and sunny the weather during the day always seems - for characters that lose as much as Bluestar and carry their grief instead of eventually moving past it, that visual reminder that the weather stays nice, the seasons keep changing, the world keeps going even when she's suffering is so physically painful. This is gorgeous. Little things like Mosskit showing Bluestar what she should do next (Bluestar going to starclan to scream at them is perfect also), Frostfur comforting Goldenflower because the original queens were all friends, Blue associating Swiftpaw with Tigerstar, Swift & Bright being very nearly full-grown (which is far more canonically accurate than them being portrayed as kits/young apprentices) ,,,, God
This is actually shown in the books too. In Bluestar's Prophecy, she gets angry or annoyed when she hears birds singing or there's nice weather while she's grieving her family
It's a very realistic portrayal of grief, for sure! I really felt for her and how she just wanted to sit with her grief, and the world moving on in spite of everything felt so cruel to her. To this day Bluestar's Prophecy remains my favorite book in the Warriors series because of it.
FINALLY I am so glad I finally have found someone who thinks Bluestar had dementia later on in her life. This is such a haunting video. Bluestar’s life was decided for her, and she was forced to carry a hefty weight on her shoulders. She was meant for greatness, but was that really what she wanted? She’s one of my favorite characters ❤
I agree!! It would also give more context s to why she treated Brightpaw so poorly when she renamed her. I can't think of another fitting reason for her to do that other than dementia
I love how friendly Tigerclaw looks at 0:51 like it really just shows that no else had any idea what a monster Tigerclaw really was until he was exposed.
i really enjoy the tiny detail of her ear fluff growing toward the end of her life, showing how much she refused to listen to her clanmates especially firestar despite their full intention to help her, especially as a person who tends to want to isolate themselves during my mental struggles. so i thought that was a really neat touch :]
Wow, that was great. People like to give Bluestar heck for losing her sanity, but she really did go through a lot, and remained strong for most of her life. I really like the part where she runs to talk to StarClan angrily, and then Mosskit appears and points to the clan dealing with the dogs and Bluestar realizes her clan IS loyal
i love that you included the part where she got yelled at and almost attacked by her own children she had to abandon. I always felt like that should be bigger than people make it in amvs about her downfall, especially mentally.
I am so overjoyed by all the small details you remembered!! I've always wished for them to be represented more. You showed Goldenflower's anguish at Tigerclaw's betrayal and banishment, and you remembered she was Swiftpaw's mother. You drew Swiftpaw and Brightpaw at their full warrior size, and remembered that Swiftpaw's body was brought back to camp along with Brightpaw. Fireheart's silent lipsync of "STOP!" was amazing, and I loved how poor Bluestar kept having nightmares and her eyes gradually darkened with shadows underneath them throughout the whole AMV. StarClan was full of all of her friends, Clanmates, and family - I think I saw Swiftpaw, Redtail, Brindleface, Oakheart, Moonflower, Snowfur, Sunstar, Goosefeather, and Featherwhisker! I wasn't sure about the two cats sitting next to each other way in the back, but if I had to guess, maybe Patchpelt (or Stormtail?) and Lionheart? Regardless of who they are, even the background cats are beautifully drawn, and it's impressive how you made each cat so easily recognizable. Another small detail I liked was that you really gave the dogs a lot of personality by giving them emotional eyes in certain shots and showing that the second dog was angry about Bluestar killing their friend. It made them feel like multi-dimensional characters instead of monsters, and I really like that, because when you think about it, those dogs were chained up by Twolegs for probably their whole lives and were probably starving after their escape. I think it's unlikely that they were trained or shown love like real pets, and then Tigerstar basically manipulated them by feeding them cats. It really is just unfortunate that their Twolegs didn't take better care of them. Their pack mates were their only friends and killing was all they knew. I also noticed Ashpaw and Sandstorm helping Fireheart lure the dog pack, which was a really cool addition. I think a lot of people forget that Ashpaw and Sandstorm were there! I also loved how much you chose to involve Mosskit, which isn't something I see often. Mosskit reminding Bluestar that her Clan needs her and then kindly extending a paw to invite their mother to StarClan made me tear up. It hurts so good lol. Finally, I'll say that the song choice was a perfect match for your beautifully smooth animation. This is one of my favorite songs and I love Glass Animals. Also a big fan of choosing slow songs for high-action scenes, it creates a really impactful disassociative effect. Each time there's a lipsync, there's a thrilling feeling from how momentous you made it feel. Truly fantastic work, it made my week to see another stunning animation from you - they never cease to impress me. Thank you for sharing this beautiful AMV!

I'm crying, Bluestar's Prophecy was the first Super Edition I have ever read, and seeing Bluestar's whole life animated brings me to tears. The art is so good too! My favorite cat is Bluestar because all of the heartbreak that she went through, from Morningflower to Snowfur to Mosskit to Oakheart to Tigerstar and finally to Mistystar, Stonefur, and her death. I can sympathize with her so much. She is the definition of the trauma in Warriors.
You first vibe that Bluestar is a great mentor figure, and become sad when she became more tragic after Tigerclaw’s betrayal. Yet Fireheart stuck out to help her in the end

Just noticed, but I love how as she gets more and more disillusioned with all these tragedies towards the end of her life, the inner ear fluff grows, as if to show she’s growing increasingly distressed and gives her a subtle look of aging! Good job ❤

THIS IS INCREDIBLLEEEE!!! THE ANIMATIONS THE EXPRESSIONS!!! you can defenitly tell bluestar isn't heartless and cold, just misguided and confused, she lost a lot within a matter of moons/years, and honestly, she IS flawed, and not perfect, she's a very flawed character but she shows COMPASSION and tries her best after redtail, spottedleaf and lionheart died. those were probably cats she grew up with, and they died literally in the same year and then Tigerclaw betrayed her and tried to kill her. there's a lot of LLLOOREEEE in her and i love her (except for the part where she named brightheart lostface I WON'T FORGET ABOUT THIS TO HELL WITH BLUESTAR THAT WAS NOT VERY SLAY, NAMING A CAT AFTER THEIR TRAUMATIC EVENT) , she was the first cat i really wanted to look in to besides fireheart when i started reading the series
For real, Bluestar can be so misunderstood, and some of her behaviour is DEFINITELY questionable but considering what she had to deal with, I'd have absolutely lost it too! Thank you for commenting :D
This is literally the first map that almost brought a tear! It's impressive how well he portrays all of Bluestar's suffering throughout his life, his depression and his redemption. My applause to the developers of this map, it is without a doubt my new favorite Bluestar map!

It started with me getting chills watching this. Then it made me cry. The scene where she confronted Starclan hit so, so hard. This is one of my favorite Warriors AMVs now.
I've been kinda drifting away from the warriors series/fandom for a bit, I saw this in my recommendation and decided to watch (since this is my fav song). I kid you not I literally almost teared up when Mosskit reached out for Bluestar, this is so well done.

I absolutely adore this song, and im so glad to see it paired with my favorite character. I love that after she goes into full breakdown, her ear fluff grows which both shows her becoming more scraggly and unkempt but also her unwillingness to listen to reason and logic. Great work ❤

Oh man, this AMV is BEAUTIFUL. I love how it illustrates every significant event throughout Bluestar's life, showing how each one leads to the next. Starting with her giving up her kits, and being haunted by that decision but convinced it was the right choice so she could serve her great Clan in the best way possible. Then Tigerclaw, her own Clanmate, a noble warrior she thought she could trust, betrays her, and everything begins to unravel. Her Clan is hit by catastrophe after catastrophe. And more and more she asks herself- is *this* what she gave up her kits for? Especially when seeing their angry, hateful glares as adults at 2:32, and knowing they could have been loving, comforting, familiar faces had she chosen differently. The way it culminates in Swiftpaw and Brightpaw's mauling was excellent. Her distrust of everyone in the Clan (especially those even tangentially associated with Tigerclaw) except for the prophesied Fireheart and his lineage was made clear at 2:45, and its effects at 3:06. Seeing how she herself is now beginning to harm her own Clan, convinced not only that it is poisoned but that she herself is part of that poison, she runs off to confront StarClan on what this was all for. What did she sacrifice her kits and mate for if it was all going to turn out so horribly for her in the end? But then StarClan (through Mosskit, one of her most painful losses) reminds her of what is important right now: The Clan. No matter her past mistakes and heartache, she made a commitment to serve as its leader. And right now, it's in danger and it needs her. This is her one last chance to redeem herself. So she runs off to save Fireheart and is able to be ThunderClan's honorable, loyal, noble leader for the first time in a while - and for the last time ever.
THIS AMV IS AMAZING!!!! Bluestar's life is a very popular topic to animate, but not all animators manage to capture all the tragedy and yet you did it WONDERFULLY completely on your own!!! Like, you've included so many details, (I had already forgotten about the fire at thunderclan camp) AND THEN WE HAVE MOSSKIT!!!! IT'S SO CUTE HOW SHE'S JUST CONSTANTLY THERE TO SUPPORT HER MOTHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the first time I've seen any of your animations and your artstyle and this amv are so awesome❤❤❤
favorite song too from also favorite band, and i think not only was the animation so evocative but just the way you drew attention to the lyrics and the intensity in the song increasing shows your incredible love for it too. even though i've listened to this song upwards of like, what, 400 times, it made me cry to read how much it means to you to and to see the way you depicted it, knowing how much it meant to you too. which is, weirdly, the only other time i've cried over speccifically the song itself (vs my own feelings about it) besides seeing it live! thanks for sharing this with us

Duuude, this is amazing man. A 4 minute long AMV with detailed backgrounds and well rendered drawings and shots, this must’ve taken a while. Everything in this is amazing. The small details like Frostfur comforting Goldenflower when Tigerclaw was exiled, Mistyfoot and Stonefur’s reflection in Bluestar’s eye, the details that didn’t need to be added, but you still went through the effort of adding them, is amazing. You animated Bluestar’s emotions in this really well, especially the part where she is angry at Starclan and her tail is lashing so realistically, and then her expression softening at Mosskit. And also the animation where Bluestar says “it’s all so incredibly loud” is so fluid and smooth. I have watched this many times repeatedly, and will continue to watch this over and over again, because this has definitely got to be my favourite warriors AMV. I’m glad this is getting attention, and it definitely deserves it, and much more. And I can see absolutely no errors, or no parts that look animated half-heartedly. Everything in this is perfect!

Yay! Someone pointed it out!! It semi reflects how much she has given up on Starclan too, though only partially because the eyebags don't fade away once she starts believing again. I like to think its a mix from exhaustion, mental illness and her disbelief in starclan. Thank you for commenting!
I really adore the concept of Mosskit guiding Bluestar when Bluestar felt abandoned by the rest. Telling Bluestar what's to come, and welcoming her into StarClan when the end finally came... Augh, my heart. I cried while watching this, there's a lot about it I could say about how much I love it. The smooth animation, the lip syncs, the inclusion of the scene when Tigerstar arrives at the gathering (personally a favorite scene, I dont see it in AMVs/MAPs a lot!) just!!! So incredibly well done

Though because it was actually Fireheart leading Thunderclan that day, as Bluestar remained at camp, I imagine that the scene depicted in this amv was the first gathering she'd attended where se actually saw Tigerstar for first time as Shadowclan's leader :)

EEE THANKS FLARE always lovely to see you in my comment section! I felt that Goldenflower is also kinda glossed over in Bluestar's story a bit considering they both have ties to other characters. For example, Goldenflower is Swiftpaw's mother (and he died trying to drive out the dogs thanks to Bluestar's ignorance of him) and she was also Tigerclaw's mate who literally tried to kill her and began her descent into her mental breakdown. She plays a huge side character role! Same with Mosskit, she's literally the main character's dead child, and the opening to this AMV, it would be criminal not to include her more often. And yes! The ear stuffing with floof is intentional! You can see the fur gradually growing out of her ears at 1:58 :) It's a reference to the song's lyrics (Whispers would deafen me now) That fire was EASILY the most difficult part, I hate animating fire with a passion so I'm really pleased that you like it! Four minutes of art that was worth it. The Bluestar is a character that I felt sorry for. She made a lot of mistakes, but she was always understandable. She sacrificed so that others wouldn't have to.
This was beautifully done, from the art itself to the animation to the storyline, everything was beautiful. Thank you for creating this. Bluestar lived a very rough life to where she developed a lot of mental illnesses-such as forgetting Dustpelt was already a warrior at a certain point-and it makes me happy to see people still appreciating her for starting all of this by letting Rusty become Firestar. She’s not just an iconic leader. She started everything. She went through hell and back and came back stronger. She led her clan as a warrior should 🫶🫶

As someone who warrior cats got them into animating, it's so awesome seeing people still make this kind of content! I can tell the tremendous amount of effort you put into this video, and the ending of Mosskit reaching a paw out to Bluestar gave me chills! I loved the whole animation!! I have watched this so many times, I am absolutely in love. I also noticed how Bluestar gets larger floofs in her ear as the plot progresses in the video, I love that detail. 13000/10, absolutely gorgeous! :]
This was an amazing AMV! You have such a cute art style, and you conveyed the themes of Bluestar's life so well. A lot of people say that "Bluestar went mad for no reason" or "she was overreacting," but she went through so much trauma in her life, and old age mixed with someone she trusted betraying her would've caused her to act the way she did. This animation shows that perfectly. I also love how you replaced Oakheart with Mosskit at the end so you could show her with her siblings. Overall, a wonderful work of art!
I haven't read Warriors except for the very first book, but this is absolutely incredible! The animation is really smooth and clean, and the poses and angles all look fantastic!

This is so beautiful not alot of people see it from BlueStars prospective. She was a leader at the star of the series but towards the end of the 1st arc we see she wasnt a brave leader that was just a show shes been putting off for moons. Until everyone including FireHeart could see who she truly was A loving mother whos broken down by the descisions she has made.❤
Oh my god this is perfect! First of all, I love your art style. It's not overly flashy, and I love that so much about it! It shows just how mortal Bluestar really is, and how easily she can be overwhelmed having to lead the clan. You've encapsulated her story perfectly! From start to finish, this is literally what I'd imagine an official depiction of Bluestar's life to look like. The camera angles, the poses, everything just screams perfection! Mosskit diving in before her other two kits, that was some really powerful imagery, and honestly almost even better than Oakheart's spirit saving her. You've really captured Bluestar's emotions and her mistrust in everyone super well, and I'm super glad to have gotten to watch this piece! Animating this long of a video must have taken forever, and I'm ever more grateful I and many others get to watch this masterpiece. Great work!

This is so good. Bluestar has always been a favorite charecter of mine. Shes probably one of best written in the earlier series I think. She's flawed, and her flaws overcome her so rapidly that its heartbreaking to look back at the noble, level headed cat we read about in Into The Wild. She lost that spark, the spark being her devotion to her clan and starclan, her two most special values. You showed this perfectly, from her one once smiles, immediately being contrasted by the horrors of her past slowly haunting her throughout the first series. This AMV is wonderfully done, and touches on so many details that are often forgotten about. Many fans havent read the first series in years, so it makes sense lol. Anyway, awesome job! 💝

Ouhhh I think one thing I really love about this is how bright and sunny the weather during the day always seems - for characters that lose as much as Bluestar and carry their grief instead of eventually moving past it, that visual reminder that the weather stays nice, the seasons keep changing, the world keeps going even when she's suffering is so physically painful. This is gorgeous. Little things like Mosskit showing Bluestar what she should do next (Bluestar going to starclan to scream at them is perfect also), Frostfur comforting Goldenflower because the original queens were all friends, Blue associating Swiftpaw with Tigerstar, Swift & Bright being very nearly full-grown (which is far more canonically accurate than them being portrayed as kits/young apprentices) ,,,, God

This is actually shown in the books too. In Bluestar's Prophecy, she gets angry or annoyed when she hears birds singing or there's nice weather while she's grieving her family
It's a very realistic portrayal of grief, for sure! I really felt for her and how she just wanted to sit with her grief, and the world moving on in spite of everything felt so cruel to her. To this day Bluestar's Prophecy remains my favorite book in the Warriors series because of it.
FINALLY I am so glad I finally have found someone who thinks Bluestar had dementia later on in her life. This is such a haunting video. Bluestar’s life was decided for her, and she was forced to carry a hefty weight on her shoulders. She was meant for greatness, but was that really what she wanted?

i really enjoy the tiny detail of her ear fluff growing toward the end of her life, showing how much she refused to listen to her clanmates especially firestar despite their full intention to help her, especially as a person who tends to want to isolate themselves during my mental struggles. so i thought that was a really neat touch :]
Wow, that was great. People like to give Bluestar heck for losing her sanity, but she really did go through a lot, and remained strong for most of her life. I really like the part where she runs to talk to StarClan angrily, and then Mosskit appears and points to the clan dealing with the dogs and Bluestar realizes her clan IS loyal

i love that you included the part where she got yelled at and almost attacked by her own children she had to abandon. I always felt like that should be bigger than people make it in amvs about her downfall, especially mentally.
I am so overjoyed by all the small details you remembered!! I've always wished for them to be represented more. You showed Goldenflower's anguish at Tigerclaw's betrayal and banishment, and you remembered she was Swiftpaw's mother. You drew Swiftpaw and Brightpaw at their full warrior size, and remembered that Swiftpaw's body was brought back to camp along with Brightpaw. Fireheart's silent lipsync of "STOP!" was amazing, and I loved how poor Bluestar kept having nightmares and her eyes gradually darkened with shadows underneath them throughout the whole AMV. StarClan was full of all of her friends, Clanmates, and family - I think I saw Swiftpaw, Redtail, Brindleface, Oakheart, Moonflower, Snowfur, Sunstar, Goosefeather, and Featherwhisker! I wasn't sure about the two cats sitting next to each other way in the back, but if I had to guess, maybe Patchpelt (or Stormtail?) and Lionheart? Regardless of who they are, even the background cats are beautifully drawn, and it's impressive how you made each cat so easily recognizable.
Another small detail I liked was that you really gave the dogs a lot of personality by giving them emotional eyes in certain shots and showing that the second dog was angry about Bluestar killing their friend. It made them feel like multi-dimensional characters instead of monsters, and I really like that, because when you think about it, those dogs were chained up by Twolegs for probably their whole lives and were probably starving after their escape. I think it's unlikely that they were trained or shown love like real pets, and then Tigerstar basically manipulated them by feeding them cats. It really is just unfortunate that their Twolegs didn't take better care of them. Their pack mates were their only friends and killing was all they knew. I also noticed Ashpaw and Sandstorm helping Fireheart lure the dog pack, which was a really cool addition. I think a lot of people forget that Ashpaw and Sandstorm were there!
I also loved how much you chose to involve Mosskit, which isn't something I see often. Mosskit reminding Bluestar that her Clan needs her and then kindly extending a paw to invite their mother to StarClan made me tear up. It hurts so good lol. Finally, I'll say that the song choice was a perfect match for your beautifully smooth animation. This is one of my favorite songs and I love Glass Animals. Also a big fan of choosing slow songs for high-action scenes, it creates a really impactful disassociative effect. Each time there's a lipsync, there's a thrilling feeling from how momentous you made it feel. Truly fantastic work, it made my week to see another stunning animation from you - they never cease to impress me. Thank you for sharing this beautiful AMV!

Bluestar having that "I'm going to FIGHT GOD and I will WIN" energy is so in character and I'm here for it.
I'm crying, Bluestar's Prophecy was the first Super Edition I have ever read, and seeing Bluestar's whole life animated brings me to tears. The art is so good too! My favorite cat is Bluestar because all of the heartbreak that she went through, from Morningflower to Snowfur to Mosskit to Oakheart to Tigerstar and finally to Mistystar, Stonefur, and her death. I can sympathize with her so much. She is the definition of the trauma in Warriors.

THIS IS INCREDIBLLEEEE!!! THE ANIMATIONS THE EXPRESSIONS!!! you can defenitly tell bluestar isn't heartless and cold, just misguided and confused, she lost a lot within a matter of moons/years, and honestly, she IS flawed, and not perfect, she's a very flawed character but she shows COMPASSION and tries her best after redtail, spottedleaf and lionheart died. those were probably cats she grew up with, and they died literally in the same year and then Tigerclaw betrayed her and tried to kill her. there's a lot of LLLOOREEEE in her and i love her (except for the part where she named brightheart lostface I WON'T FORGET ABOUT THIS TO HELL WITH BLUESTAR THAT WAS NOT VERY SLAY, NAMING A CAT AFTER THEIR TRAUMATIC EVENT) , she was the first cat i really wanted to look in to besides fireheart when i started reading the series
For real, Bluestar can be so misunderstood, and some of her behaviour is DEFINITELY questionable but considering what she had to deal with, I'd have absolutely lost it too! Thank you for commenting :D
This is literally the first map that almost brought a tear! It's impressive how well he portrays all of Bluestar's suffering throughout his life, his depression and his redemption. My applause to the developers of this map, it is without a doubt my new favorite Bluestar map!

Oh man, this AMV is BEAUTIFUL. I love how it illustrates every significant event throughout Bluestar's life, showing how each one leads to the next.
Starting with her giving up her kits, and being haunted by that decision but convinced it was the right choice so she could serve her great Clan in the best way possible. Then Tigerclaw, her own Clanmate, a noble warrior she thought she could trust, betrays her, and everything begins to unravel. Her Clan is hit by catastrophe after catastrophe. And more and more she asks herself- is *this* what she gave up her kits for? Especially when seeing their angry, hateful glares as adults at 2:32, and knowing they could have been loving, comforting, familiar faces had she chosen differently.
The way it culminates in Swiftpaw and Brightpaw's mauling was excellent. Her distrust of everyone in the Clan (especially those even tangentially associated with Tigerclaw) except for the prophesied Fireheart and his lineage was made clear at 2:45, and its effects at 3:06. Seeing how she herself is now beginning to harm her own Clan, convinced not only that it is poisoned but that she herself is part of that poison, she runs off to confront StarClan on what this was all for. What did she sacrifice her kits and mate for if it was all going to turn out so horribly for her in the end?
But then StarClan (through Mosskit, one of her most painful losses) reminds her of what is important right now: The Clan. No matter her past mistakes and heartache, she made a commitment to serve as its leader. And right now, it's in danger and it needs her. This is her one last chance to redeem herself. So she runs off to save Fireheart and is able to be ThunderClan's honorable, loyal, noble leader for the first time in a while - and for the last time ever.

favorite song too from also favorite band, and i think not only was the animation so evocative but just the way you drew attention to the lyrics and the intensity in the song increasing shows your incredible love for it too. even though i've listened to this song upwards of like, what, 400 times, it made me cry to read how much it means to you to and to see the way you depicted it, knowing how much it meant to you too. which is, weirdly, the only other time i've cried over speccifically the song itself (vs my own feelings about it) besides seeing it live! thanks for sharing this with us

Duuude, this is amazing man. A 4 minute long AMV with detailed backgrounds and well rendered drawings and shots, this must’ve taken a while. Everything in this is amazing. The small details like Frostfur comforting Goldenflower when Tigerclaw was exiled, Mistyfoot and Stonefur’s reflection in Bluestar’s eye, the details that didn’t need to be added, but you still went through the effort of adding them, is amazing. You animated Bluestar’s emotions in this really well, especially the part where she is angry at Starclan and her tail is lashing so realistically, and then her expression softening at Mosskit. And also the animation where Bluestar says “it’s all so incredibly loud” is so fluid and smooth. I have watched this many times repeatedly, and will continue to watch this over and over again, because this has definitely got to be my favourite warriors AMV. I’m glad this is getting attention, and it definitely deserves it, and much more. And I can see absolutely no errors, or no parts that look animated half-heartedly. Everything in this is perfect!

Yay! Someone pointed it out!! It semi reflects how much she has given up on Starclan too, though only partially because the eyebags don't fade away once she starts believing again. I like to think its a mix from exhaustion, mental illness and her disbelief in starclan. Thank you for commenting!

I really adore the concept of Mosskit guiding Bluestar when Bluestar felt abandoned by the rest. Telling Bluestar what's to come, and welcoming her into StarClan when the end finally came... Augh, my heart. I cried while watching this, there's a lot about it I could say about how much I love it. The smooth animation, the lip syncs, the inclusion of the scene when Tigerstar arrives at the gathering (personally a favorite scene, I dont see it in AMVs/MAPs a lot!) just!!! So incredibly well done

Though because it was actually Fireheart leading Thunderclan that day, as Bluestar remained at camp, I imagine that the scene depicted in this amv was the first gathering she'd attended where se actually saw Tigerstar for first time as Shadowclan's leader :)

First of all: Congratulations on finishing such a long-term project!! It's so amazing to see more long AMVs in the fandom♥They are such a throwback to the start of 2008-2010But also they are just a testament to how passionate, creative and TALENTED people are in this fandom and it's so nice to see how everyone keeps growing the way they do!!
But secondly: KAY THIS IS SO GORGEOUS♥♥ I love how you combined the tweening and frame-by-frame animation in this one!^^ The timings are a joy to look at, yet despite the little hiccups here and there (that you mention in the description) it honestly doesn't disturb the viewing experience at all~

I'm a huge fan of how you included Mosskit in this AMV and made their role significantly bigger than in BsP! I love how she points out to Bluestar that Fireheart is in danger, I love the take that her own kit could snap her back to reality and remind her what's important
Also... I don't know if I am going insane but I bet the growing of Bluestar's ear fluffs was intentional...? 👀Like, they don't grow out of the blue??? Since now on the second rewatch I just snapped and realized that her ears weren't so "stuffed" at the start of the AMV?? Regardless, lovely detail if it was intentional!!

EEE THANKS FLARE always lovely to see you in my comment section! I felt that Goldenflower is also kinda glossed over in Bluestar's story a bit considering they both have ties to other characters. For example, Goldenflower is Swiftpaw's mother (and he died trying to drive out the dogs thanks to Bluestar's ignorance of him) and she was also Tigerclaw's mate who literally tried to kill her and began her descent into her mental breakdown. She plays a huge side character role!
Same with Mosskit, she's literally the main character's dead child, and the opening to this AMV, it would be criminal not to include her more often.
And yes! The ear stuffing with floof is intentional! You can see the fur gradually growing out of her ears at 1:58 :)

Four minutes of art that was worth it. The Bluestar is a character that I felt sorry for. She made a lot of mistakes, but she was always understandable.
She sacrificed so that others wouldn't have to.
This was beautifully done, from the art itself to the animation to the storyline, everything was beautiful. Thank you for creating this. Bluestar lived a very rough life to where she developed a lot of mental illnesses-such as forgetting Dustpelt was already a warrior at a certain point-and it makes me happy to see people still appreciating her for starting all of this by letting Rusty become Firestar. She’s not just an iconic leader. She started everything. She went through hell and back and came back stronger. She led her clan as a warrior should 🫶🫶

This was an amazing AMV! You have such a cute art style, and you conveyed the themes of Bluestar's life so well. A lot of people say that "Bluestar went mad for no reason" or "she was overreacting," but she went through so much trauma in her life, and old age mixed with someone she trusted betraying her would've caused her to act the way she did. This animation shows that perfectly. I also love how you replaced Oakheart with Mosskit at the end so you could show her with her siblings. Overall, a wonderful work of art!

I haven't read Warriors except for the very first book, but this is absolutely incredible! The animation is really smooth and clean, and the poses and angles all look fantastic!
This is phenomenal! Your use of positioning and expressions with the music is truly a skill to be proud of. I loved how you timed the actions and focused on aspects of Bluestar’s trauma that sometimes go overlooked. I love how unique this is!
The ending gave me CHILLS! Seriously, you did a great job using the music to add a layer of poetry over the whole AMV. I am so happy that you completed this! 🎉
This is so beautiful not alot of people see it from BlueStars prospective. She was a leader at the star of the series but towards the end of the 1st arc we see she wasnt a brave leader that was just a show shes been putting off for moons. Until everyone including FireHeart could see who she truly was

First of all, I love your art style. It's not overly flashy, and I love that so much about it! It shows just how mortal Bluestar really is, and how easily she can be overwhelmed having to lead the clan.
You've encapsulated her story perfectly! From start to finish, this is literally what I'd imagine an official depiction of Bluestar's life to look like.
The camera angles, the poses, everything just screams perfection! Mosskit diving in before her other two kits, that was some really powerful imagery, and honestly almost even better than Oakheart's spirit saving her.
You've really captured Bluestar's emotions and her mistrust in everyone super well, and I'm super glad to have gotten to watch this piece!
Animating this long of a video must have taken forever, and I'm ever more grateful I and many others get to watch this masterpiece. Great work!

The tweening, the transitions, the lipsync the expressions, the animation literally everything about this is spectacular. This is so good. Bluestar has always been a favorite charecter of mine. Shes probably one of best written in the earlier series I think. She's flawed, and her flaws overcome her so rapidly that its heartbreaking to look back at the noble, level headed cat we read about in Into The Wild. She lost that spark, the spark being her devotion to her clan and starclan, her two most special values. You showed this perfectly, from her one once smiles, immediately being contrasted by the horrors of her past slowly haunting her throughout the first series. This AMV is wonderfully done, and touches on so many details that are often forgotten about. Many fans havent read the first series in years, so it makes sense lol. Anyway, awesome job! 💝
