Mines a 2000 TRD w/239,000 MILES on it. still runs fine after, 1 timing belt, 1 clutch assembly, 2 brake jobs, 2 injectors and 6 spark plugs, (it's a V6 4 w/drive 5 speed manual) 1 window motor, 2 door handles, 1 rear axle bearing, 1 set of Struts and shocks for the front, 1 windshield glass. replaced. 1 fan motor, fluids on scheduled times. Needs some more TLC soon. Another timing belt, axel boots, radio maybe... that's the total maintenance so far, tires too. I'm 70 now but I'm keeping it. Should last at least another 200,000, probably outlast me... I love my little brown TRD... LOL Don't care for the new ones at all... I did some of the work myself, but not anymore... Love them all though... It's been a good sweetheart of a truck... Not selling it just bragging... It's worth buying an good old one if you can find one... They are some still out there...🤠

I bought a 2001 xtra cab V6 4x4 with 260k miles last summer and it’s been such an awesome truck. It needed a few minor things, like a new rear bumper and it had a weird turn signal issue that I addressed. After market parts on eBay are so affordable and it’s become an enjoyable project truck, as I do love turning wrenches. I’ve been driving it almost everyday and it’s been running great. Lucky for me, the guy that owned before me took pretty good care of it.

I love my 2004 Tacoma Double cab 4x4 w/ automatic transmission. Everything is stock. No power package so manual windows and locks (...less to break 🙂)...I just wish it had cruise control. It has 207k miles on it now. The frame was changed out during the toyo recall. I intend to drive this thing until 300k or the wheels fall off. My only regret is that it doesn't have cruise control. I will never buy another vehicle w/o cruise. Other than that I love the look, the ride is fine (for a truck), the size and especially the reliability and dependability. ROCK ON!
