What a act of kindness donation more than half of the money to Morten! In times like these Im sure he was very happy about this! This is why you are one of my number 1 EV Chanels on here 👍🏽
You sir, are a man of huge integrity and a complete inspiration for me and I will presume others. Bjorn, you are a star and a man worthy of high praise. What you did for the help you got from Suzuki person is unprecedented. It is a joy to follow you and even though I do not know you, I consider you a friend for the inspiration that you are. May you live long and prosper. What a wonderful man you are. Thank you for being one of the great guys !!
Bjørn you're just a great dude and an amazing content creator! Since I saw your video about the Ioniq (and thanks to you bought the car) I've been a huge fan. Also It's very wholesome to watch what you did with the donation, keep up the good work!
There is a main battery safety switch in between passangers seats at the back I think if you would open the cover to access that switch it would let some heat from the battery into the cabin. I am not sure if it would make any difference but its something that might be worth checking out. Absolutely right thing to leave a nice gift to the car mechanic! Best regards!
Nice vid! If you go by Lillehammer you maybe can document some historic Olympic arenas, for us old people who remember this.;) Is the figure in the woods still there?
Finally got time to watch this trip. Wow! Thanks Mads_H_DK and others for the donations. Everyone who watches should know Bjorn uses a lot of this for making these trips happen and supporting others along the way. I have Michelin X-Ice tires for winter. At first I didn't like them because last winter was rain. This winter had to use them in 2 inches of snow and really good. Wish I knew how they were against Nokian which I wanted.
Oh, Bjorn, you've shattered my faith in Scandinavia. A pothole that has been there for some time. 3 hours for help to arrive. Tyre technology that leaves one stranded. In 1921, you would have whipped out of the boot a spare one and been back on the road in a quarter of an hour. Hey Ho, and we can't even blame the virus for this.
I don’t ever carry a spare tyre with me when im driving in the city area but always on a road trip I take the spare wheel (a proper wheel not a space saver) because it can save so much time if the shit hits the fan!
@TheCoBBus couldn't agree more. I had to learn it the hardway! I lent my car to a relative (lpg converted with the lpg tank in the spare wheel area). Usually the spare wheel would stay in the boot as well, but on that ocassion it was taken away. At 2am he called and asked to bring him the spare wheel :))) lost 3 hours of my beauty sleep that night.
No. The live stream was about 20s out of sync. Watch it again. You can see the car hitting the pothole hard. The same pothole that Bjørn shows in this video.
In the live stream recording, you can *hear* Bjørn leaving the car, while the car is still moving in front of the bus stop (due to the out of sync issue).
men ! those waterfalls. breathtaking! some with water running down from the mountain. others frozen . looks like is going to hit the road. thanks for sharing. and btw. how are those ferries sustainable ? you must pay high taxes to make that work over there.
That's the E6, the main road through Norway. The bill should be sent to Statens Vegvesen (Norwegian Public Roads Administration). It should have been fixed a long time ago.
Because of your videos about nissan leaf 30kW I got one. 2,5 years back. Now I am thinking to get next car, and still cannot make a choice will it be cheapest tesla 3 or tekna leaf 62...
I wish you could get 15" rims with fat rubber on a modern car to protect against pot-holes, it's like everyone wants to sell you 22" rims with a layer of electrical tape around the edge now.
Sometimes your english is in the style of of Norwegian Rally car driver Petter Solberg. Remember to ABC, always bring kettle, no C in kettle.. That is funny. And your tired is dead. D E D. I think you forgot the letter A. Makes your videos even more fun. I am thinking we could make a drinking game of you english. That would be so funny.
Repair Kits are pretty useless anyway. In this case, a hole in the sidewall is dangerous and a entire new tyre is needed. Would be nice if all cars still had at least a small lightweight space saver.
Japan never built the best electric car in every Category, despite their efforts to cut emissions and reduce air pollution. It is the USA that built the best electric car. It is the Tesla model s.
Leaf is the ugliest electric car ever built. It's like a ugly duckling. They put the charge port in front, which is one of the first things to get destroyed in a collision. And most of the collisions being frontal ones. The vehicle designer should be fired.
Wow and respect! Splitting the donation with Morten was an act of good human and a true EV king. That was pure gold!
Kudos to the crew that helped, both donating, organizing and working on the car!
The car saw a NISSAN dealership and was like "hot garage and tyres, count me in", proceeds to release the air of the tyre :D
I think the Nissan mechanic will remember that day for a long time :D
Did you know nissan sold a leaf RC for races??

10:50 thats a classy act splitting the donation. it speaks of the person you are. huge respect. stay safe sir.
When Bjorn calls, you pick up and help. Doesn't matter who you are 😂!
Hahhahaaa
Bjorn. you are the best!! Splitting that donation with Morten, EPIC!

All my respect to Morten and Nissan. This is real customer service

@@stephenholland5930 You're not getting it.
The Viking god of EVs was watching over this Leaf that day, absolutely perfect spot to break down with a Nissan.

Happens a lot in the Bolt. Hit a pot make sure you get your tow truck ready
The flat tire in front of Nissan 😂
great documentary, but when did they stop supplying spare wheel/tyres with new cars, no room?
Put those slightly wider tires on the front axle, as the car is front-wheel drive this will improve grip, and the rear can roll easier :)
Is their a video on your camera setup at all the qaulity is excellent was thinking of doing videos from belfast.
Hi Bjørn. I love these roadtrip-videos. Could you do one with Citroen e-c4?
I love how the tyre is DED
Thats a nice day off for the poor guy :))
Also would be good to know stats how much money you spent on charges. With time and distance driven. To compare with some plugin cars.

@Bjorn that was not that roundabout pot hole. It was about ~200m before. Anyway nice of you to tip that guy...

They should put the LEAF battery on the roof of the car so if it’s raining it can be liquid cooled. 🌧🔋
That is not a pot hole that is a crater. Can you send the cost of repairs to the local council?

Pothole on left side, right side tire bursts?
@00:15. I had to listen to that part few times because I've heard: "I wet the bed last night". :)
hi legend bjorn... hope have good days,,,do you test electric mini ever bjoirn ?
He tested Mini E in summer 2020...
I wish you could get 15" rims with fat rubber on a modern car to protect against pot-holes, it's like everyone wants to sell you 22" rims with a layer of electrical tape around the edge now.
Electric cars are heavier than similar sized fossil cars, thats why they need bigger brake discs....so smaller rims are not always possible...

Have X-Ice on my Model 3P, not that impressed, esp on ice (ironically)
In China, you flat a tire outside a dealer, you can get immediately rescue, no matter it's sunday morning or not.
Dead “D”E”D” 😂
Nissan set up a trap :-D
isn't the local gov supposed to fix the bloody potholes ?
It is not a local or regional road, but the longest national road in Norway.
@@nordlands8798 still, pothole should be fixed
You should try to blowing tire with emergency pump first, but you are tech guy, so who cares right? :D
Did you not see the huge hole in the tire?
@@bjornnyland I didn't, ok sorry, thanks for videos ;)
wow he gave 300$
Tesla has the best battery tech than any other electric vehicle brand.

"ABTRK" - Always Bring Tyre Repair Kit, costs: 100 bugs, can save you a day.
