My shower hack is to spray a mix of water and leave in conditioner, then put a plastic cap on while I'm in the shower. My hair is always moisturized and has lots of movement. You can add a little oil if you want.

When my hair was longer I would do the pineapple method with a satin scarf and put a bonnet over everything!

Yes! Just don’t do the shower steam trick or it’ll shrink up your twistout/make it revert to your natural curl pattern
